Joe McG thank you for coming in to play beautiful music for us!!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:08am p20:

Real nice Necks track here. I like this. I saw them play once and I bought an LP at the show. The LP was called "Vertigo". I hated it, because it was too successful. It gave me vertigo when I listened to it. I don't need anything to make me feel like that. But this record here, this is very very nice! This is what I need right now.
Avatar 9:08am TDK60:

Hi Joe. Just washed my hands.

Avatar 9:21am Joe McG:

@p20: Now there's an FMU joke if ever I heard one! ;)
  9:21am allanToronto:

@p20. Yes, a lot of Alice Coltrane in this...but it's still fresh at the same time. I might need to spend some money that I don't really have.
  9:22am Blix:

I had to double check the date on this one...sounds right out of 1972. The Alice Coltrane shout out above is so apt. Great stuff.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:22am Handy Haversack:

G’d morning all! I’d like to chime in on the talk about the song before this one. It reminds of Cinematic Orchestra.

Hi Joe and Monday friends!
This Courtney Marie Andrews has a Joni Mitchell crossed with Jane Siberry vibe.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:30am Webhamster Henry:

Sorry if I sound like an OPtion magazine band description.
  9:34am allanToronto:

@webmaster henry..It's either the OptionMAG route, or the Lester Bangs/Richard Meltzer M-80 in the toilet bowl route...gotta refer to something tangible or you're talking to yourself. It's all we have. :)

Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:45am G:

I suppose a lot of folks have already heard that John Prine is intubated in an ICU, doesn't look so good. His wife/mgr got CV, so they both self-isolated separately, but he got it anyhow. People probably know he has pre-existing conditions -- cancer survivor, hard on himself with the drinking for years, etc.
  9:48am jordawg:

Hey Joe,
Will you say what your heavenly background lounge music is please? Thank ya much.
Avatar 9:48am Snoochienucci:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:54am doctorjazz:

Heard about John Prine earlier this morning, hope he gets through it (he's really sick from what I read, intubated, but people on respirators do recover).
  9:54am allanToronto:

@ peapod>>Just Dropped In (To See What Condition My Condition Was In) is a timely choice today...with that alone on one's CV, the rest of the dross is forgivable, at least
  9:54am JakeGould:

Hey Joe! So… Will you be dipping into the Lou Monte catalog?
Avatar 9:55am Strandlund:

Now I'm getting hungry, Joe...
