I'm also a JRiver user, really like it, it has a ton of functionality (plays many different kinds of files, converts them off you want to, much they I've never figured out), is good sounding (for audio nerds out there), does some automatic tagging (though oddball, esoteric music it often won't find online, but you'd never need that, would you?). I use the paid version; there is a free one, but haven't used it in a long time.
