You see a blanket on the ground. It's your favorite color, smooth and soft. You can sit on it, or lie on it. It's a flying blanket, and you are the pilot. You are in control. You can fly anywhere you wish, just by thinking about it. You are the pilot.

Avatar    Mon. 9/2/13 11:23pm Droll:

Sensations' Fix even has the cool pretentious fusion album name! I presume 1974-1977 refers to a particular solo this is an excerpt from.
Avatar Mon. 9/2/13 11:25pm Dan Bodah:

@Droll, it's a 2xLP reissue of tracks from released records and unreleased material from that period. That particular track is previously unreleased. Really good stuff.
Avatar Mon. 9/2/13 11:28pm Marmalade Kitty:

Hello Dan!
Avatar Mon. 9/2/13 11:30pm Dan Bodah:

@MK, hi!
Avatar    Mon. 9/2/13 11:31pm Droll:

Those are the golden years for prog/fusion -- I didn't mean "fusion" as a pejorative! Still, the album name is exactly what you expect from a band that is totally absorbed in their own universe.
Avatar Mon. 9/2/13 11:33pm Dan Bodah:

@Droll, yes, you're right on

Reading from press release:
"Star Trek" icon William Shatner has collaborated with country music star Vince Gill, Foreigner's Mick Jones and guitarist Steve Vai for a new prog-rock album.

Where do I preorder?
