Listener comments!

  3:07am
jj.:

hallo! ween?
  4:36am
halloween!:

it's like Guiliani never happened!!
  4:38am
jj.:

oh, yeah. some good ol' fashioned bananarchy?
  4:43am
ferocious spider:

i'm not even going to look that up. probably! just don't venture onto the "grid" after 11 o'clock. they turn off the lights of the train, before putting on a strobe effect & playing witchypoo screams!.. [i swear!]
  4:44am
gliding sea witch:

some mta guy is totally getting fired tonight.
  4:46am
jj.:

whoa, really? I <3 NY! which train line?
  4:48am
loch ness chariot:

i can't 'member. i got distracted reading ursula le guin & had to switch a couple timesz.. yeah but it was by that point the "a". lucky mistake, i guess!
  4:48am
spirally swamp monster:

i see you have survived to tell the tale of what else could've happened.. ?
  4:57am
singing saw cephalopod:

anyway, totally nice scary story collage. it's like an empty theater, content with the many musical memories of all kinds of ghosts
  5:05am
scary chariot o' sea serpents:

nnnoo! candy *is* the path!!
  5:10am
purple leprechaun:

i think my favorite costume 'seen was my friend caolan's "skeleton bride" from dungeons & dragons. the rest of nyc's costumes i got debriefed 'bout on somebody's camera, having missed the civic parade..
  5:14am
superstitious selkies:

is the audio studio decorated? or, is there, at least a smashed pumpkin in the corner??
  5:16am
jj.:

my fave costume was technically a costume from last year, but still: a mask imprinted with a pixelation of my friend's face. confusing!
  5:17am
jj.:

no decoration here, unless you count the layer of pumpkin-mash pasted to the ceiling like insulation/icing.
  5:17am
-> Ming The Merciless <-:

Haha, so nice! Best Greetings from Berlin / Germany
  5:19am
jj.:

Hallo Ming!
  5:19am
greysoul:

Anyone have a quick and easy method of getting pumpkin stains out of a turban?
  5:20am
-> Ming The Merciless <-:

Hello, JJ.
  5:21am
scary Bigfoot.:

greysoul, hmm. what negates .. orange?? um, *green*, .. no! how about.. BLEACH!
  5:27am
gangled griffin:

JJ: sweet! er, nasty about the insulation! but, very nice to imagine the pixelated face. my monster costume this year totally sucked but once i was an ectoplasm, with a polaroid camera. this meant i culd pull myself out of the various characters in the room, while making pictures of it.. like meeting jim jones was a hoot!
  5:27am
greysoul:

Mmmm .... maybe for the white parts. I forgot to mention the black stars, the tan pachyderms, and the purplish leaves that zig-zag around the thing.

Appreciate the thought, though.
  5:28am
Looms:

Nice tunes, they come perfectly with our coffees on this all saints' day morning. Hello from France!
  5:28am
jj.:

i had friends who once used dried au gratin potato mix to clean up a flood in the bathroom. it failed miserably, because the water needed to be warm for the potato to act as an absorbent. but for your turban, IT JUST MIGHT WORK.
  5:32am
greysoul:

That sounds like a possibility, Mr. DJ - and then if things don't go right stylistically, bake at 350, let stand for 5 minutes, and eat the thing.

Thanks a bunch.
  5:33am
gnarled gnome:

O, Greysoul! Yes, definitely try the food products on the pachyderm part, because one might eat the other.. hopefully in the order you would like.. Also, try colorsafe bleach. If that fails what's a halloween turban without some pumpkin on it!
  5:47am
greysoul:

Wait - who said anything about it being a Halloween turban?
  5:51am
scary dragon:

Ha, ha. Greysoul.. in that case, are you enlisting new members? And does the initiation require staining our proverbial turbans..?
  5:54am
greysoul:

Can't talk about it now ... just listen to the music play.

Especially those little bits of acoustic guitar.

Thanks, Mr. DJ.
  5:57am
say goodnight to monster twister:

I second that, Thanks Mr. DJ
