Playlist for Irene Trudel - February 9, 2009

Mondays Noon - 3pm on WFMU 91.1 fm 90.1 fm wfmu.org

Little fluffy clouds of music, occasionally darkened by sonic thunderheads; with a sunny lining of stringed instruments and live performances now and then.

Isn't it funny how music and songs will seem to group themselves in themes even outside of the order you put on them?

Mon. 2/9/09 5:54pm Carmichael:

Hi Irene and everyone. I have stuck my head in the cyber-door for a few minutes of quality music. Way to get your folk on! Broken Arrow holds a spot in my heart.

And, may I say, every DJ should be required to start a show with Jean Luc Ponty. I still play Imaginary Voyage to this day.

Mon. 2/9/09 6:00pm Kenneth:

Despite the qqq hiccup, a great show. It improved this cold Monday night immensely.

Tue. 2/10/09 2:07am steveroo:

you don't need to do podcasts
every show on wfmu can be downloaded using winamp

click on an 128k archive show. in winamp right click on the player than go to view file info. copy link and paste in browser. when the show begins to play click on file at top of browser than go to save page as... now you have a mp3 of todays show in "podcast" form

Tue. 2/10/09 5:02pm mike tp:
