Stepping away from the stripped down approach of his last work, David Garland populates his latest disc, "Noise in You," with a stellar cast of musicians. His songs are sweetly embellished by folks like Sufjan Stevens, Mira Romanshuk of Mi & L'au, Viking Moses, and even family members Anne and Kenji Garland.
