Fluids are good. They help flush out whatever's making the estomago bad. Eating something small and carby (like a slice of bread or some crackers) will help "bind" all the loose stuff, if you know what I mean. :P

What they call a BRAT diet-banana, rice, apple. toast/tea is the usual recommendation for upset stomach. IF it's nausea/vomiting, flat coke and/or ginger ale are good for settling it down.
