Are you talking to me?
Avatar 4:01pm
Mr Fab:

ha, that was from a John Waters film. Nothing personal

Rich in Washington:

I used to have this cassette I'd made with soundbites from movies and that quote was definitely on it. I think I digitized that tape fairly recently. I should look for it again.

Rich in Washington:

Hiya, Martinibomb! Hello there, Mr. Fab!
  4:03pm
Martinibomb:

oh yeh I'm familiar with that sample hah!
  4:05pm
Martinibomb:

Just made an appointment to get a trailer hitch installed. Adult life is so interesting.
  4:06pm
Martinibomb:

Pulled a bunch of records from 99-05ish for today's show.. kinda silly loungy/electronica
Avatar 4:24pm
Mr Fab:

i was real into this sort of lounge-tronica back then. Kind of forgotten about it until i started going thru boxes of old CDs and singles, looking for tracks to add to the stream.
  4:26pm
Martinibomb:

I figured you probably dug this stuff too. Did you ever try making your own... I suspect you have. I've only heard your RIAA stuff. Any other music projects?
  4:28pm
Martinibomb:

Have to say I don't like "swingtronica" or kinda post-loungebeat whatever you wanna call it? I'm not sure what a good genre name is for this stuff exactly
Avatar 4:37pm
Otis Fodder:

Just popping for some Stereo Beats after a Haircut across town.

I need to get a haircut. How do you find a place to cut your hair? Any tips Otis? How do you find the right person???
Avatar 4:41pm
Otis Fodder:

I did, been putting it off for over 2 years. I've had the same woman cut my hair for 10 years now, lucked out. Only in my life have I had 2 solid hair folks that get me. Well, teen-adult life. When I was kid it was all about a bowl or a 10 dollar cut.
  4:42pm
Martinibomb:

I used to get my haircut from this super old barber for $2 he cut it shitty on purpose but after a year he kinda warmed up and did a good job. Miss those days
Avatar 4:43pm
Otis Fodder:

When you find the right person, that's it.
  4:46pm
Martinibomb:

I've been cutting my hair myself the last few years without a mirror just by feel. And I think I do okay.. but maybe it's time to get a pro.
  4:47pm
Martinibomb:

The repetitiveness of this Avenue A track is kind of growing on me. I wish the drums weren't so in yer face.
Avatar 4:50pm
Mr Fab:

barber college $8.50! takes a while, but can't beat the price.
