Favoriting September 27, 2016: Live music from PAMELIA STICKNEY and STUART POPEJOY!
Pamelia Stickney is a multi-instrumentalist who is best known for her extraordinary talent on the theremin, the first electronic instrument ever invented. Performing as a solo artist as well as in the bands Barbez and Blueblut, Pamelia stopped by the WFMU studio as she finishes a month-long visit to the U.S. from her home in Vienna. Joining her today on Mini Moog and organ is Stuart Popejoy, another talented multi-instrumentalist.

See Pamelia perform live on September 29th at 8 pm at Sid Gold's Request Room, and on September 30th at 8 pm at Barbes in Brooklyn.

Also watch Pamelia's 2002 TED Talk on the theremin.
