3:22 qualifies as morning. I had to get up at 3am to do paper grading before a class one day a week once.

I've just put in one of those 3-inch cd's, not sure how those work, here's hoping! It had an adapter to put around it

Hey Julie! Headed to bed, but noticed you were on the air and wanted to drop you a line. Hope you have a great show tonight.---er---morning. Not ready for morning yet. For some reason I'm thinking of The Moody Blues Days of Future Passed. That's a fab album. Haven't listened to that in ages. Will leave you with an appropriate quote from "Late Lament" on the album: Breathe deep the gathering gloom,
Watch lights fade from every room.
Bedsitter people look back and lament,
Another day's useless energy spent.
Impassioned lovers wrestle as one,
Lonely man cries for love and has none.
New mother picks up and suckles her son,
Senior citizens wish they were young.
Cold hearted orb that rules the night,
Removes the colours from our sight.
Red is grey and yellow white.
But we decide which is right.
And which is an illusion???.
Avatar 3:32am
BadGuyZero:

How long have you had that 3-inch CD? I haven't seen those since the early 90s. I had a Wire single and a Devo single on 3-inch CD. I found this set of Spongebob Squarepants-themed CD-Rs several years ago that had 3-inch discs.
Avatar 3:32am

Wow Laurie, verbose tonight. And hi! @BGZ it's the stations, dated 1988

Wow. Haven't heard Berlin in ages. Reminds me of being in High School. I hated High School. LOL Cool bands like this, and my BFF, Dave, were the only saving grace in that wretched place. Dave loved New Wave and Punk. Psychedelic Furs, OMD, New Order, Echo and the Bunnymen, etc.
Avatar 3:37am

All great bands, Laurie! OMD have a new album out

@Kitty: If "Pink Floyd" could be the wealthiest band ever -- it's divided 5 ways because no one can agree on who holds the name or get back together! Also †Syd, †Richard.

Hope to get the band on the show at some point! Band has put out 4 CDs from 2008 to now! Cheers, Ed C./manager
