	♥ 12:10pm Zinn The Mood: Everything about that St Hubbins record screamed late70’s/early 80’s: the production values, the softening up of the rough rock edges to tailor it to New Wave tastes, the up front, slightly dancey drum track (which incidentally was pretty kick ass) and the MOR confines of the song. The intro was like an AC/DC thing but completely neutered to be very purposefully inoffensive.

The intro was like an AC/DC thing but completely neutered to be very purposefully inoffensive.
