	♥ 4:32pm Mr. Pumpy: Hey Handy...it goes. Not too bad. Went looking at a TV at one of the big box stores pops sends me to for supplies. Had to wait a good half hour to get in...blah blah blah. Anyhow, due to his post-stroke vision problems I need to procure a behemoth of a TV so he can see it better. Went with the tape measure...it will fit where I want it, but I can't get it in my Civic to get it home. That's the next obstacle. There are obviously bigger problems, but I'm trying to make it as pleasant as possible while he is stuck inside here. Sorry...long answer! How are you doing, my friend?

	♥ 4:50pm chresti: I missed part of the show waiting for the aaa guy to come and jump start my car, haven't been driving it much lately. Apparently a lot of batteries are dying due to lack of driving.
	♥ 4:50pm Mr. Pumpy: Handy...I couldn't agree more about the rain. I happen to love it. Last night around 2AM, I opened up the garage and put a lawn chair at the end and just watched the rain and felt some splashback on my dogs. The kind of splashback I don't mind, I might add. Anyhow...a little puff-n-sip out there last night, and it was a beautiful moment. It looks like we may get another showering or two between now and 8ish...here and in GP.

Funny thing is I left my old 1996 Civic here at his place for over 6 minths once when I went for a long walk in the woods, and when I finally came back...started right up! Even I was surprised. I wouldn't count on my newer Civic to pull that off.

	♥ 5:03pm chresti: Mine is a 2008, the car has a quirk where the power windows are always on thus constantly draining the battery, I'm wondering if pulling the window fuse might help.

(Also I've never seen either one perform, but I used to see Thirlwell in the audience at all the hippest shows I went to, but I had no idea who he was, and then I forgot his name and thought it was Thurston Moore that I'd been seeing at all the shows.)
	♥ 5:16pm Mr. Pumpy: @Par...my dad has a Lexus and it has had this problem since he had it. He would go to Florida for a couple of months and if I didn't come over and start it at least once a week there was a chance it would die. Now that he isn't driving, I have to do the same; to the point of if I slip into the second week too far it could be a problem. I've read of people with the same make and model having similar problems. The last battery was about 4 years old, so I'm hoping if that happens now I can just jump it and it wont, be totally dead.
	🍝 ♥ 5:17pm Ken From Hyde Park: My first day of school, I rode the bus in. At the end of the day, there were a dozen buses lined up. No one told me to note which bus I rode in on. In my mind, it was "the bus." They figured out that I was supposed to be on Bus 9 so I was OK after that.
	♥ 5:17pm Mr. Pumpy: @chresti...my dad has a 2007 Lexus I believe, and there is a similar problem where something is a constant power drain. I need to look more into it eventually. I'll add it to the list!

Anyhow, due to his post-stroke vision problems I need to procure a behemoth of a TV so he can see it better. Went with the tape measure...it will fit where I want it, but I can't get it in my Civic to get it home. That's the next obstacle. There are obviously bigger problems, but I'm trying to make it as pleasant as possible while he is stuck inside here. Sorry...long answer! How are you doing, my friend?

Last night around 2AM, I opened up the garage and put a lawn chair at the end and just watched the rain and felt some splashback on my dogs. The kind of splashback I don't mind, I might add. Anyhow...a little puff-n-sip out there last night, and it was a beautiful moment. It looks like we may get another showering or two between now and 8ish...here and in GP.

(Also I've never seen either one perform, but I used to see Thirlwell in the audience at all the hippest shows I went to, but I had no idea who he was, and then I forgot his name and thought it was Thurston Moore that I'd been seeing at all the shows.)
	♥ 5:16pm Mr. Pumpy: @Par...my dad has a Lexus and it has had this problem since he had it. He would go to Florida for a couple of months and if I didn't come over and start it at least once a week there was a chance it would die. Now that he isn't driving, I have to do the same; to the point of if I slip into the second week too far it could be a problem. I've read of people with the same make and model having similar problems. The last battery was about 4 years old, so I'm hoping if that happens now I can just jump it and it wont, be totally dead.
	🍝 ♥ 5:17pm Ken From Hyde Park: My first day of school, I rode the bus in. At the end of the day, there were a dozen buses lined up. No one told me to note which bus I rode in on. In my mind, it was "the bus." They figured out that I was supposed to be on Bus 9 so I was OK after that.
