Just saw a pretty neat thing on Filmstruck with Richard Hell talking about Jean-Luc Godard. Richard's looking a little worse for the wear, but the man still has a way with words.

@Brian The more time goes by, the more I find I rely on "niche" streaming services more than Netflix/Hulu/Amazon. Filmstruck (for classic/arthouse films) and Shudder (for horror, if you're into that) are both extremely well curated, and browsable alphabetically. There's one for USA Night Flight, too, which is extremely tempting.

Robyn may also be the artist I’ve seen the most (after more than 20 shows I lose track), either he or Richard Thompson probably holds the record. Both are not so successful they don’t need to tour every year, but not so unsuccessful that they have to hang up their music jones.

@Rich in Washington, Element of Light and Perspex Island are both great latter Egyptians albums. Of the solo stuff from the last 25 years, the songs are a little more hit and miss for me, but his most recent eponymous album is very good, a return to his sound with the Egyptians.
