@Cecile-Public transit here is pretty bad, although it exists in the form of bus rides...It used to take me almost four hours to go 12 miles or so with all the transfers...there ARE a lot of hidden jems here such as the world-class Albright Knox museum and of course Niagara Falls...but the CITY of Niagara Falls reminds me of the bad parts of Detroit...

neil- i used to live in new jersey. that scenario was typical; and people drive like they really would like to kill you! i was an aggressive driver and was good at it. i loved driving in downtown manhatten. (i still do!)
...when i moved upstate,my girlfriend & i were soon behind a slow driver in a 45 mph zone and i'm getting anxious. she said "oh,they probably just smoked a doobie."
i calmed down and i've been a patient driver ever since!
