I luckily own this Flute & Voice (German Duo) on Pilz.
(it went for a fe Deutschmarks on a flee market.)

The previous owner wrote on the cover in big characters:
"MIST" which means "CRAP!"
I was able remove it and keep a shiny copy ever since! :-)
