Favoriting April 8, 2014: Aerial View Garage Sale Of The Air
I won't go so far as to accuse myself of hoarding but it has occurred to me I have too much stuff. Since my then-fiance and I moved into our house in 2007 I've filled it with all manner of crap. It's an old house so there isn't much closet space. Most of my things have ended up in the finished basement, out in the garage or in our office (where every day I'm roundly mocked by all the outmoded recording media containing old Aerial View shows I told myself long ago I'd digitize). Every Spring I look around and think When will I ever get to all of this? My next thought is always I'll have a Garage Sale! On tonight's Aerial View I'd like to help you de-clutter by holding an Aerial View Garage Sale Of The Air. It could be something in the home. It could be something in your head. It could be something in your heart. Call 201-209-WFMU and describe whatever it is and let's get rid of it!

I always think that about cyclists who blow through red lights without looking. Its like sure go die, but the dude who hits you has to deal with the fact that he killed you for the rest of his life.

Oh, the whole "hipster" thing is a bunch of the same old. In my day they/we were called slackers. As soon as it has a name or gets a Times article written about it, it's pretty much over and in the process of changing into something else.
