Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:14pm
Kat in Chicago:

The jury is still out on whether the Jai Paul was really a leak or not... conflicting info. Allegedly Bandcamp was refunding people but I don't think I got one.
Avatar 12:16pm
Jan Audun Uretsky:

OMG an OMD cover!
Avatar 12:16pm
Duane:

Kat: Yeah i didn't get one either
Avatar 12:16pm
kata:

how I've missed you all ! I will likely be somewhat muted from now on, as our group at work moved to a new space and an "open seating plan" as is the trend here.. My screen and desk are very public. Sob ! How you guys doin?
Avatar 12:17pm
Jan Audun Uretsky:

It's kismet Duane, I was on an OMD tear the other day, listened to their first 5 albums pretty much back to back...
Avatar 12:20pm
Duane:

oh kata..great to see & here from ya. Suxx about the "open seating" i know how that feels like..middle school detention.
Jan: I do that every three or four months
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:20pm
Kat in Chicago:

@kata I feel your pain :( I'm in a semi-private space right now but I have worked in those open areas and I hate them.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:20pm
Mike East:

@Jan Audun Uretsky - so was I! how strange...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:21pm
Mike East:

sorry - no I didn't listen to 5 albums back to back...but I was spinning OMD the past two weeks...randomly
Avatar 12:21pm

Yo, Uretsky.
Avatar 12:22pm
kata:

thanks you guys. It is absolutely awful. I never thought I'd prefer a cubical but I am in the worst spot here. In better news, I won't be here much longer. I'll be spending the second half of this year in Switzerland, riding the train of my boyfriend's artist residency ! So only about a month left of this hell.
Avatar 12:27pm
steve:

that stinks kata. glad to hear you're on the way out and towards new adventures!
Avatar 12:28pm

I haven't listened to OMD in years but I did listen to five Stormy Six albums in a row recently - compiling a "best of" for my nephews.
Avatar 12:29pm
Jan Audun Uretsky:

@Mike E. Maybe because they've just released a new album? Dunno...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:31pm

@Jan - a fact I was unaware of. Maybe a sign that I should check it out.
