Listener comments!

  6:04am
fred:

Good morning Thomas. PiL is a bit different from what you usually play, I wonder where you'll take it from there
  6:08am
Richard from Venezuela:

Hi Thomas and Fred.
  6:09am
fred:

Hi Richard, it's been a while...
Avatar 6:19am
Thomas:

Hi, Rich and Fred! Fred, I'm wondering the same thing
  6:23am
Jay/ London:

Morning all hear you had a spot of bad weather over there
  6:23am
fred:

So far so good Thomas, keep up the not planning.
  6:27am
fred:

Good morning Jay
  6:35am
Jay/ London:

hey Fred lots going on here in London today
  6:35am
George from Romania:

Mornin' e tutto permeso!, nice dialogue in Crollo Nervoso!
  6:37am
fred:

Good afternoon George!
@Jay: What's going on?
  6:46am
Joeruckus:

aha! this Magazzini Ciminali piece is amazing! and the bleed into the Warm Jets is ace! So upbeat.
  6:49am
Jay/ London:

@ Fred the last day of the games big things going on in hampstead heath and Thames fev lots of fireworks later today there are runnin g though london so many roads closed
  6:49am
fred:

You guess right, he's indeed French
  6:53am
fred:

@Jay: I was hoping there was better stuff thrown in. I certainly hope Paris never gets the Olympics: rent hikes, closed areas, robocops in the streets...
  6:57am
Jay/ London:

@ Fred it's not like that at all it's just great people smiling and talking to each other transport has been very good
Avatar 7:00am
Thomas:

Joeruckus - yeah! Really remarkable, that one. When she shouts "follow the sound waves!" during the Warm Jets part
  7:00am
fred:

Jay, I'm relieved to hear that. But I know a few people who got priced out of London, so I'll guess the truth is in the middle. Paris is already so expensive though, the rent hikes would be devastating
  7:05am
fred:

@Thomas: this was a great first set, and unexpected; that Magazzini Criminali was awesome.
  7:07am
Richard from Venezuela:

Agreed
  7:09am
Richard from Venezuela:

I just saw gangnam style video for the first time. South Korean girls are superhot.
  7:22am
Bong Head Bill:

Hi Thomas,
really enjoying the show, I used to be into Buttholes, Chrome etc in the 80s and early 90s but have lost touch with that sound.
Enjoying your show immensely!
  7:24am
fred:

@Thomas: don't take that as a plea for a regular noise set. Just play whatever you like, but throw us curveballs
  7:26am
Joeruckus:

Happy Flowers - 'I'm The Stupid One' - glad you bought it, definitely gonna try to track down some of this now.
  7:27am
Bong Head Bill:

agree, play what takes your fancy, I'm into loads of different stuff these days, and realise Louis Armstrong was right when he said good music is good music, bad music is bad music and those are the only criteria you need!
  7:29am
fred:

Right, it's your show, play what you like, no matter the genre. Bong Head Bill and Louis Armstrong have it right
  7:39am
Siltdood:

Great set as usual. I'm in real time time for this one
  7:47am
Phil B:

bloody hell this is just a must, thx for all your post-punkitudes !!
here's my YT page, best regards from France

  7:54am
fred:

@Phil B: not that close then, but if you come to Paris, let's have a meetup with the other local WFMU listeners: drop me a line at my gmail.com email, it's counterfnord (trying to fool the spambots here)
  7:56am
