  12:43am
Baby J:

I love Schooly's first album. I first heard of it in Rock 'n Roll Confidential around 1984. Dave Marsh wrote about the sparseness of the production. It sounded too cool, and Cold Money is great too.
  12:44am
Adam in Lynnwood:

'Sup, 'sup?
  12:44am
Baby J:

I see I missed Bad Brains. I toured with them for six years.
  12:45am
Noah:

BPF!!!! Hey Adam & Baby!
  12:46am
Adam in Lynnwood:

I still have regrets about selling back my Rykodisc comp of early Schooly D cuts.
  12:48am
Adam in Lynnwood:

Hey, Noah!!! Sounding great! Baby J, YOU must have stories!!! Dang!!!! Earl is real solid. Invited me on their bus once just to talk about BB history. What a solid cat!
  12:49am

  12:58am
Noah:

Hey Scott, Kookaburra, ...

Brian's book is called "CHECK THE TECHNIQUE"
  12:58am
Adam in Lynnwood:

I definitely agree about H.R. And his infamously crazy, self, Baby J, and my experience with Earl was very limited, but he was real cool to me, for mere moments.
  1:00am
Adam in Lynnwood:

I met Sid as well, which struck me because he seemed ground down by dealing with nonsense and not getting due credit.
  1:03am
Baby J:

I remember Sid as being a cool guy, and definitely in the background despite his history with them.
  1:04am
Ice-T:

Metal-rap: BODY COUNT
  1:05am
Adam in Lynnwood:

Ya, he seemed to dig that I had him sign my Glen Friedman "Fuck You Too" book.
  1:06am
Adam in Lynnwood:

Beastie Boys/Kerry King is a bit of a stretch, but......
  1:08am
Baby J:

So what, you're traveling north from D.C.?
  1:10am
Adam in Lynnwood:

Wha huh? Me?
  1:10am
Baby J:

No, the theme.
  1:11am
Adam in Lynnwood:

Got it.
  1:12am
Adam in Lynnwood:

Can we just take a minute to visualize that staggeringly beautiful King Tee album cover photo? Whewwww!
  1:13am
Adam in Lynnwood:

DOC was A MONSTER FORCE!
  1:13am
osvi:

DOC Best Coast! I remember bumping the hell out of the flea market cassette.
  1:16am
Adam in Lynnwood:

DOC wore his baseball cap with the most serious business style!!
  1:16am
Adam in Lynnwood:

Highhhhh up.
  1:17am
Adam in Lynnwood:

Made him look 10 feet tall.
  1:25am
osvi:

Oh, damn, you got the soundtrack to my high school years, playa. Handle that. Ah, I recall pissing off momsdukes with this...
  1:27am
BPF:

WHAT?
  1:28am
The One:

Hey, the Matrix has you, I'm serious. FBI gave sworn confessions that FBI used warrantless searches to inject tiny hairlike electrode devices (aka 'cochlear' devices that record sound) into people of the news/entertainment industry.
  1:30am
The One:

Noah, you should tell everybody to lock up doorchains because the FBI under Bush have been doing racist antisemitic hate crimes, such as illegal, covert device implantation. In fact, Bush even implanted devices into Obama.
  1:33am
Noah:

The FBI? As in "Criminal Minds" .. LOVE that show....
  2:12am
Adam in Lynnwood:

I'm a dummy. I HAVE worn my Bad Brains Vans. Up the aces!!
  2:14am
Noah:

hahahaha
  2:16am
Adam in Lynnwood:

Brian's correct though. They're real nice. Worth buying a 2nd pair for the pedestal. ;-)
  2:16am
The One:

I'm serious.
  2:17am
Adam in Lynnwood:

I never wear my JMJ's however.
  2:18am
The One:

I'm serious Noah. Racist antisemitic agents used warrantless searches to inject tiny hairlike devices into countless numbers of people during the Bush years. There was even testimony before the House BioEthics committee.
  2:20am
Adam in Lynnwood:

Noah, I'm listening to a percentage of what you're doing right now...and I have no government clearance. The horror!
  2:21am
The One:

There was an article in 'Wired' magazine about James Walbert who was involuntarily microchipped by some fascist losers. You should look it up bro and tell everybody to lock up doorchains until all hte federal agencies are abolished.

  2:29am
Noah:

Ahhh, ok, let's move this back to FOOD!!
  2:31am
Adam in Lynnwood:

I'd like to propose that the show's theme is the undeniably industry-wide influence of Darlene. Am I on track, or the 2nd son one?
  2:31am
michael c:

  2:36am
