Morning Annie..no, not too bad...I guess it is cold for us..we were in the upper 30's last night...supposed to be in the low 70's on Christmas day..crazy, but that is nothing new for Texas.

GP, I hear you Re: the vacation days. Unfortunately, my employer just unleashed a new policy limiting the number of vacation days that carry over. Along with an "I strongly encourage you to enjoy some extra time with family" message. How sweet.

Detroit Dave..that is freakin cold...I lived in Farmington and AnnArbor for about two years and for me it was the coldest weather that I have lived in...I remember one time my car was covered with about 1 inch of solid ice after leaving it at Willow Run airport overnight.

Yeah, It used to amaze me how the people would forget from one winter to the next how to drive on winter roads. It seemed to take a few weeks of sliding and crashing to get it right.
