Vivid Christmas memory: I was quite young, just beginning to feel comfortable walking on my own. My family had just sat down for some Christmas dessert when we all heard someone ho-ho-hoing and ringing a really big bell outside. So everyone runs to the back door and there is a guy dressed as Santa climbing over people's backyard fences. Naturally, us kids freaked out. Our parents told us years later that it was our next door neighbor's brother who had a few too many drinks.

They are on the ground floor in the mall, just outside Macy's, near Kohls, at the base of the elevator. You have good reason to be afraid of malls... I suffer from Mall Anxiety which is why I couldn't hang around when I visited them..

I saw "Conquers" on MST3K years ago, and I was disappointed. It was not even a tenth as entertainingly awful as most of the MST3K catastrophes. Too self-aware, for one thing.

I forgot to say, what was up with playing that frackin' cliched and brutally ear-bleedingly awful Chipmunks bull-Schlitz at 9:05? I was on the Newark Light Rail so I couldn't comment in real time but I was like, "Aw, HELL NO!" I had to switch it off immediately -- did you at least start abusing it a few minutes in? PLEASE tell me you did a mash-up or switched over to the altered "real voices" version. Anyway I'm glad it got better after that, with no more cliches.

Oh and if I see any carolers, I'm smacking them with a dead fish. Merry freakin' Xmas!
