Listener comments!

Wed. 10/17/07 3:05pm Wes:

This is beautiful music. I had to turn the sound up, at first I thought it was A Silver Mt Zion, one of my favorite (if not favorite) current musical acts.

Wed. 10/17/07 3:12pm Frank:

I can only second that. I just walked into my office and was immediately distracted by this beautiful music. Thanks, Maria

Wed. 10/17/07 3:26pm Wes:

I just bought North Star Deserter, what a fantastic album! This particular track reminds me of early Syd Barrett Pink Floyd (Piper, Saucerful) with the organ and storytelling delivery. "You are never alone" is simply amazing though. A Silver Mt Zion plays on most of this record, last album recorded at the old H2T Montreal. Thanks Maria.

Wed. 10/17/07 3:31pm Frank:

Oh great, Wes. Teach me about punctuation.

Wed. 10/17/07 3:38pm Wes:

Umm..okay. Guillemets are quotation marks in most non-english languages, marks placed at the side of the words rather than towards the top. Nothing, however, is more important than proper comma placement.

Wed. 10/17/07 3:48pm Frank:

Thank," you;

Wed. 10/17/07 3:55pm MARia:

thanks for the lesson Wes. I was not aware of the Guillemets. Are they From A good Family!?

Wed. 10/17/07 4:03pm north guinea hills:

good ol' bill, who started the guillemets, was from this family: http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guillaume_Le_B%C3%A9

Wed. 10/17/07 4:05pm Wes:

A good family, yes, however they seem to wish for Juliet to marry Count Paris. Poor Romeo, you're just out-a-luck buddy.

Wed. 10/17/07 4:37pm north guinea hills:

i've been digging everything i've hear on this persian electronic music comp. thanks maria!

Wed. 10/17/07 4:53pm Frank:

What, a nice show! Maria" Thanks: I've got to go now? but have really enjoyed the parts of the past 2 hours that I heard,

Wed. 10/17/07 5:10pm Gary Martin:

Dear Maris, I am listening. But I am sitting in front of the speaker painting a picture and I can't jump up and send you a note every so often. In the future, when you give a count of thelisteners, add one for me. The music today is excellent! Best...Listener Gary

Wed. 10/17/07 5:13pm MARia:

yes Gary I know you're there somewhere, What I was afraid of with the cemmentys is that it would distract me from the invisible

Wed. 10/17/07 5:13pm eric hollender:

hey there is more than just 2 people out there listening...
- side note, think you might like some music friends are making.
I'll try to get it to you. Still on 11th st?

Wed. 10/17/07 5:15pm MARia:

10.24 pm: Hi from Oxford, UK: Strange but true programme. So much freer format than any UK stations (apart from Resonance FM) The BBC has recently walked away from what little avant-rock/experimental music they did. You're doing really good radio.

Wed. 10/17/07 5:28pm T.J.:

Hey there!

My friend Andy said he would pay me $5 if I could get you to play "Bros." by Panda Bear.....pleaseI I'm from michigan and I need to eat dinner tonight.

Wed. 10/17/07 5:48pm Sean Daily:
