I had a friend who was an extra on 300 & he was pissed that all the movie reviews said the Green Screen effects were amazing all the way to making the the 300 look like spartan ideal. They trained 6 hours a day straight7 day s a week on getting that physique for 71/2 weeks straight on top of choreography & stunt work readiness. Those guys on screen were all real
