It is produced by David Weinstein and Outpost Artists Resources operating out of the Ridgewood section of Queens, NY, where you'll find more yellow bricks than on the road to Oz and the cemetery of your choice is never more than a few blocks from home.

The thing about active charcoal--if you are on ANY medications taken orally whatsoever, activated charcoal can interfere with absorbtion, and not just if taken at same time as said meds. When the whole "make everything black/black ice cream, hamburger buns, cocktails, etc" trend was peaking, my neuropharmocologist warned me against indulging as it may have impacted my meds.

Oh, COVID? Shit. Stay super hydrated and keep your electrolytes up, and sleep all that you can. When I got it last I was on my ass for almost 2 weeks solid; could barely get out of bed. As in out of bed once every 10 hours or so to pee and drink more fluids then back to bed.

more of a subdivision of a state, but larger than a county. most regions are divided into 5-8 departments (there are 8 regions in mainland france). other the overseas departments are mayotte (near reunion in the indian ocean), french guiana (northern s america), martiniqu and guadalupe (both in the caribbean). Other french possesions are collectivities, not inegral to the france itself, therefor, just a territories of france. then, there is new caledonia, an autonomous territory.

today is the first day i've felt normal in months. b/tn all of the drama i had w/ losing my mother, the suicidal women whom i let stay at my place and threaten to kill me if i didn't give her money making call the popo, then the stress giving me norovius, and then when i moving last week me getting food poisoning, and me schlepping my two suitcases and two other bags on the subway to amtrak (didn't sleep the night before cleaning and packing), yesterday was the first day i kept food in in both ends. last night was the first good night I've had since...i dunno...relaxing on a deck overlooking the ct river, and finally feel ok...

there's a train track below me b/tn me and the river (it's about 20 feet in front, 30 feet below.) they have small trains go by twice a day (well, not small, just 2-8 cars each, w/ just lumber, quarry rock, and propane, not 1+ long freight trains) and they only go 10 mph and aren't loud.
