	6:05pm Blissland: One of the worst things is that I could have stayed where I was if the owners of this property had been able to come up with another $14k. In 2015 it was sold for $104k. It's now worth $405k

Some management company bought up all the houses and turned them into rentals. She actually sold out to them because they had already bought up three houses right by her and it was time to get while the getting was good and she could still get good bucks for it.

I would move there if I could afford it. Regarding crime, my friends are pretty centrally located, and when I ask them about crime they say they don't feel it is as large a problem as the news makes it out to be. I guess your friends disagree. Relative to my current location (Baltimore), the crime rate in Asheville would be an improvement for me. But, as Blissland mentioned, I'm one of the people who are stuck where they are since nothing is affordable at present.

It's a trade off. The grocery store is two minutes instead of fifteen, for example, like it would be in a larger city.

Discotech Underground is actually two...two...two shows in one!

The first half is a "Happy Hour" of sorts (because it's five o'clock somewhere, right?), spinning the kinds of sounds you might have heard at a real, authentic 1960's DISCOTECH as cool cats and swingin' chicks danced the night away in their mod threads and mini skirts to hard-driving sounds under the flashing lights! The only thing missing are the cage dancers...but we're working on it!

The second half is for when you head home after a wild night, and ease in with the heady, trippy, mind-expanding sounds of a groovy free-form UNDERGROUND rock radio station that digs deep into their library and blows your mind all over again!

	6:05pm Blissland: One of the worst things is that I could have stayed where I was if the owners of this property had been able to come up with another $14k. In 2015 it was sold for $104k. It's now worth $405k

Some management company bought up all the houses and turned them into rentals. She actually sold out to them because they had already bought up three houses right by her and it was time to get while the getting was good and she could still get good bucks for it.

I would move there if I could afford it. Regarding crime, my friends are pretty centrally located, and when I ask them about crime they say they don't feel it is as large a problem as the news makes it out to be. I guess your friends disagree. Relative to my current location (Baltimore), the crime rate in Asheville would be an improvement for me. But, as Blissland mentioned, I'm one of the people who are stuck where they are since nothing is affordable at present.

It's a trade off. The grocery store is two minutes instead of fifteen, for example, like it would be in a larger city.
