I have come for you
I have come for you
There are stars on the hot
Jadu suro ke jaane
Gayi sings songs of fun
Oh Mama Oh Mama
Oh Mama Oh Mama
I have come for you
I have come for you
make everyone's heart dance
How to show charisma
What marks have you made?

I have come for you
to take it
,
Oh Mama Oh Mama
Oh Mama Oh Mama
Oh Mama Oh Mama
Oh Mama Oh Mama
That's what I said
I will sing my praises
There is a stir in my breath
This is how I dance on Geeto

I will make people crazy
Come to Mahafil.. awaken the magic.
Main hosh sabke doon doon
I met my eyes... I smiled like that
I put it in my heart every day
I have come for you
to take it
I have come for you
to take it
There are stars on the hot
Jadu suro ke jaane
Gayi sings songs of fun
I have come for you
to take it

,
Oh Mama Oh Mama
Oh Mama Oh Mama
Oh Mama Oh Mama

Oh Mama Oh Mama
The whole world is my idol
Who is Geeto's main lover?
Color of cloud form of cloud
Janu love love
What is life like?
The world is beautiful
drunken youth
My body is full of fun
Dil ki tamana deewani

I have come for you
to take it
I have come for you
to take it
There are stars on the hot
Jadu suro ke jaane
Gayi sings the songs of fun
make everyone's heart dance
How to show charisma

I just typed this about a video asking why R.E.M. doesn't get proper credit :
Hugely Enigmatic ~ Enigmatically Huge
The surreal play of oblique poetry & stark overexposure
- the still half backwards sounding song that is the timeline of R.E.M.
- as perhaps analogy of my entire age cohort's ambulation down the ill-defined footpath in sunlight & in dust
- from Underground to some Alternative
- to Gone Once Again...

Just to be taken out of the circuit of Commercial Musics of the English-Speaking World is often a revelation. (Said I in my ignorance of everything.) Speaking of 'tropes'. One thing the DJs of the Drummer stream made me understand about Bollywood ...we hugely credit TheBeatles with merging Western Pop & Indian Classical ...even a *tiny* bit. Meanwhile - in India by the 1950s - Bollywood had already made exactly that an Industry...

You have to know the American lyrics. In English the song title is "I Will Clean the Streets of this Filth."

last i knew she was going to try to make her marriage work and moved to his native france.
(...it's quite more complicated than that!)
hopefully she's still among the living. she was an excellent human.

artist arthur jafa has replaced digitally, the harvey keitel character "sport", with a black actor as originally in script, but changed for fear of a backlash from audiences. deniro's character was explicitly racist...article in ny times

yeh. he treated her as a little girl. when she was with another man, he considered it a "little phase".
but generally he was very fair, and not violent, at least.

Thanks a lot, Gary. I laughed, I cried, but most importantly, I learned!
Actually, I only cried, but the sentiment is true. Also, I never learn anything; my third wife made the point clearly. But I do appreciate the show a lot.
