I remember watching The Gong show and a contestant was singing this song. Milton Berle was one of the judges and started dancing with her! It’s crazy the things that stick you ( as opposed to calculus..)😊

This is from my home country of India...I assure you we have some good music to haha.

I came to know about this in 2013-2014 from Facebook. The video was actually being shared by my relatives from South India (that is where it is from) and they were making fun of it.

Yes he did. Some of the Indian languages such as Hindi do have an expression akin to 'Eating brains' which means being annoying or harassing etc. So I think this is where he was getting at.
