And boy did he add meats! Pork ribs, meatballs, sausage. He made real ragus. The weather being on the Spring-like side, I think I'll go lighter and forego the meats.

	♥ 3:16pm HyperDose: Ah that makes a lot more sense. Thank you for the clarification. I usually make my sauces on the "young" side if I'm doing something like pizza, where it will cook more. Developing a thinner arrabbiata sauce (like Rao's) is next on the list.

If you can tolerate battle shopping for thrift store rejects that are on the way to the land fill, the Goodwill Outlet in Olympia will do. You may get bumped by a speed freak with an ACDC tattoo on her forehead or a team of Ethiopians waiting to loot the shoe bin. I have scored folding chairs, trucker hats and blankets. It's a good stop to get disposable camping gear. Lots of junkikes in the parking lot.
