I used to work back in 1965-67 - for Gov't - ICC (Interstate Commerce Commission) - we dealt with all the letters coming in for the time change (Farmer's etc). I typed thousands of letters back to folks from there. Yes, we had actual letters w/carbon copies and typewriters.
