	🦇 ♥ 9:22am Phillippe: Hey Handy! Thanks for asking -- my mom is home from the hospital but the med change she had isn't working as expected so she may be headed back in. At her doc's now. Work is just down the toilet. Just a few examples -- one guy who was lagging behind on getting me stuff didn't take too kindly about me pushing him to get his stuff to me the day it was due and he proceeded to send me a meme that read "The next email I send you will be typed with my middle fingers only". Mix in a narrator who is missing deadlines, a graphic artist who is missing deadlines, and a content developer who sent the wrong storyboards out and didn't alert me when the client provided feedback... Those are just the highlights. Many uncomfortable phone calls abound.

	🦇 ♥ 9:27am Handy Haversack: I never did go to the Compleat Strategist in Boston, but I make an annual pilgrimage to the one in Manhattan. Gah, Phillippe, I am sorry to hear it. Solidarity and sympathy. TDK60, somehow, somehow, we are going to hit the road tomorrow. It seems hard to believe. Disaster still seems ongoing and general. But we are keeping the goal firmly sighted. Pretty much 100 percent, symptoms-wise. I'm still a little congested, but with allergies, western wildfires, and potential lingering COVID, who knows? I am going to go get the car from the garage and stock up on pet food at 11 so will miss the last hour of Katemas.

	♥ 9:55am WR: Sleep was ok Scott, except I was woken by a very uncomfortable dream that combined work and family obligation culminating with me triggering an alarm designed to prevent tampering with some equipment I was servicing. The deal was that the monitoring service (which I worked for) call a phone on the wall and if you give proper explanation of why the alarm was triggered and read them back the security code for the equipment then they don't dispatch security. Problem was that the security code was printed so tiny and slightly smudged that couldn't get it right. Others showed up and combination distracted and encouraged me. In exasperation I said then you read the code. As that situation further devolved I decided it was time to wake up.

Funny Beatles thing: Guitarist Steve Morse lists Meet the Beatles among top 10 albums that "changed his life." Listened eagerly as a kid with friends, but... "It was great – the music just floored us. But I do remember that when it came to the ballads, we kind of looked at each other with our heads slightly askance. My friend said, ‘Well, every album has to have some of these…’ We would skip over it the ballads...."

	🦇 ♥ 9:22am Phillippe: Hey Handy! Thanks for asking -- my mom is home from the hospital but the med change she had isn't working as expected so she may be headed back in. At her doc's now. Work is just down the toilet. Just a few examples -- one guy who was lagging behind on getting me stuff didn't take too kindly about me pushing him to get his stuff to me the day it was due and he proceeded to send me a meme that read "The next email I send you will be typed with my middle fingers only". Mix in a narrator who is missing deadlines, a graphic artist who is missing deadlines, and a content developer who sent the wrong storyboards out and didn't alert me when the client provided feedback... Those are just the highlights. Many uncomfortable phone calls abound.

Solidarity and sympathy. TDK60, somehow, somehow, we are going to hit the road tomorrow. It seems hard to believe. Disaster still seems ongoing and general. But we are keeping the goal firmly sighted. Pretty much 100 percent, symptoms-wise. I'm still a little congested, but with allergies, western wildfires, and potential lingering COVID, who knows? I am going to go get the car from the garage and stock up on pet food at 11 so will miss the last hour of Katemas.

	♥ 9:55am WR: Sleep was ok Scott, except I was woken by a very uncomfortable dream that combined work and family obligation culminating with me triggering an alarm designed to prevent tampering with some equipment I was servicing. The deal was that the monitoring service (which I worked for) call a phone on the wall and if you give proper explanation of why the alarm was triggered and read them back the security code for the equipment then they don't dispatch security. Problem was that the security code was printed so tiny and slightly smudged that couldn't get it right. Others showed up and combination distracted and encouraged me. In exasperation I said then you read the code. As that situation further devolved I decided it was time to wake up.
