	10:21am Kevin / Ringwood / UK: Great drawings David. I'm not very familiar with American birds, but some are clearly the same and maybe introduced by European colonists. Your chickadee looks quite like our Coal Tit, but the American robin is very different to the European one. Fascinating
	10:21am still b/p: Girlfriend's house is a few hundred yards from a lake, and hearing a loon, when I'm standing outside the back door at night, is still always a good lucky stroke of the soul and senses. Don't get out to more remote woods, campsites and pond shores as much these days, so glad to have a chance to hear notes of a li'l loon lick.

	10:46am still b/p: Red-tailed hawk sitting at human eye-level very close to a rail trail other day was wonderful and dramatic to see. Of course you want to grab a picture, but the phone view is TOO wide for a good shot, and zooming just makes for a blurred bird even though it was so unusually near. Girlfriend had decent camera and lens there, but haven't yet seen what she captured.

	10:21am Kevin / Ringwood / UK: Great drawings David. I'm not very familiar with American birds, but some are clearly the same and maybe introduced by European colonists. Your chickadee looks quite like our Coal Tit, but the American robin is very different to the European one. Fascinating
	10:21am still b/p: Girlfriend's house is a few hundred yards from a lake, and hearing a loon, when I'm standing outside the back door at night, is still always a good lucky stroke of the soul and senses. Don't get out to more remote woods, campsites and pond shores as much these days, so glad to have a chance to hear notes of a li'l loon lick.

Of course you want to grab a picture, but the phone view is TOO wide for a good shot, and zooming just makes for a blurred bird even though it was so unusually near. Girlfriend had decent camera and lens there, but haven't yet seen what she captured.
