David Byrne was there skulking around, so I said to my girlfriend "Go and say something to him!" As the band was playing, she marched over to where he was trying to hide behind a plant, and I could see him recoil as she was talking to him. When she came back with a big smile on her face I said "What did you say to him!?! I never found out.

	♥ 12:47pm Franco Twinkie: I was so impressed with Fred Schneider that first time. They opened the show with Planet Claire. Fred had two walkie-talkies he was pushing together and whipping back and forth and creating all this feed back racket right in front of us. They were truly great. I saw them about a week later in a gym at UCLA for two dollars.

Since she isn't here anymore, I take naps in there, then get up and start cooking. She has a better oven than us. I bake stuff and watch TV in my old house. Three different ice cream trucks pass by the house most afternoons. I just might die happy.

David Byrne was there skulking around, so I said to my girlfriend "Go and say something to him!" As the band was playing, she marched over to where he was trying to hide behind a plant, and I could see him recoil as she was talking to him. When she came back with a big smile on her face I said "What did you say to him!?! I never found out.

Fred had two walkie-talkies he was pushing together and whipping back and forth and creating all this feed back racket right in front of us. They were truly great. I saw them about a week later in a gym at UCLA for two dollars.
