I luuurved The Specials, thought Fun Boy Three were real cool, but i never bought Colour Field stuff even tho they covered ? and the Mysterians. I think by the mid-80s I was sucked into SST records/noise rock decadence and early hip-hop. Not in a melancholy string-section kinda mood! But now I wanna hear it, nice stuff.
