Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:00pm listener james from westwood:

Good Monday, Irene and all!
Avatar 12:02pm Really Lisa:

Hello Irene and everyone.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:04pm Irene Trudel:

Welcome Sean, james and Lisa! Good to have you listening in.
Avatar 12:12pm Listening Out There:

Good morning from someplace where it's still morning!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:14pm Irene Trudel:

Time of day seems not to matter any more, L.O.T. Good to have you here whenever.
Avatar 12:15pm Sean in Bristol UK:

I'm sorry to sound like a broken down old record, I have said this so many times but glad to be a broken down record, Irene, you have, are and will do carry on to blow us all away with your sublime choice of music, thank you, thank you
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:16pm Irene Trudel:

Thanks Sean! Hope I can live up to your high praise.
Avatar 12:28pm Sean in Bristol UK:

A set of a most royal, majestic beauty, fit for a queen. I have my third potato ready to present to you, my Queen!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:30pm doctorjazz:

Hi all! Happy Monday!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:32pm Summer and Michael and Sylvia:

Good morning (-ish), Irene!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:32pm Irene Trudel:

Happy floaty Monday to you, doctorjazz!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:41pm Summer and Michael and Sylvia:

The Con Ed guys were here last week for our meters, too!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:44pm Irene Trudel:

Hey Summer and Michael and Sylvia! If Con Ed will have a more accurate way of doing readings, I'm glad they did it. They only cut into my prep time for the show this morning. Hope they weren't too intrusive at your abode.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:51pm Summer and Michael and Sylvia:

Thanks! I think we missed them completely. Our neighbor said his clock radio had stopped at 7:47am on Thursday. I think they got us done before we were even awake! Sorry they cut into your prep time. Wouldn't know by how great your show is today, as ever! x
Avatar 12:54pm Sean in Bristol UK:

Oh my goodness, 'Song of Wood', beautiful
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:54pm Brian in UK:

Hello Irene and Monday people.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:57pm Irene Trudel:

Summer and Michael and Sylvia, thankfully they didn't have to cut power to install the meter. Luckily I had a few things already in mind last night.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:57pm Irene Trudel:

Hi to you, Brian!
Avatar 1:01pm Sean in Bristol UK:

Stunning set, Irene,. wow!
Avatar 1:05pm Sean in Bristol UK:

Worth exploring the rest of 'Lagos Pepper Soup', Irene? Just love that track you played
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:15pm Irene Trudel:

About 2/3 of Michael Olatuja's album is great. There are some more orchestrated pieces that I don't care for-- too slick for me.
  1:27pm Listener Robert:

Would've been here sooner, but I had a hot streak going in computer pinball, and it doesn't work right with the sound turned off.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:28pm Irene Trudel:

Gotcha Robert! Hard to abandon a good pinball game.
Avatar 1:30pm Sean in Bristol UK:

TODD!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:30pm Michael 98145:

Monday, again? Howdy.
  1:32pm Listener Robert:

Ms. Trudel, I blame Mr. Belock for making sounds from a pinball arcade a "thing".
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:34pm Irene Trudel:

Howdy Michael!
  1:39pm Listener Robert:

You can find discussion of this online, BTW -- the MIDI music from that old pinball program is awful, and very loud, but if you run it without the music...well, you can read about the program's strange behavior.

You know, like when your Mt. Hope transmitter goes out, the elevator at the studios skips your floor. At least that's what I've heard from the skeleton crew.
Avatar 2:19pm Constant Follower:

Really loving the new Cinder Well.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:22pm Irene Trudel:

That Cinder Well album is so beautiful and dark.
Avatar 2:25pm Sean in Bristol UK:

Just blown away, what a set!!
Avatar 2:26pm Constant Follower:

So dark. But playable at all times (in all my moods). Love the final song especially that you played Irene - really gets me.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:27pm Michael 98145:

Waahhh. The days are getting shorter.
Avatar 2:36pm Sean in Bristol UK:

And the 1countdown starts to the end of a bleak year 2021 will be full of hope and optimism, Spring takes on a new meaning
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:40pm Michael 98145:

let us hope
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:41pm Irene Trudel:

I know, Michael and Sean1 It's already getting dark at 7:30pm. Strange to see the sun going down while driving home from a meandering road trip through NJ and Delaware Water Gap yesterday.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:42pm Michael 98145:

Here in the upper left, the sun sets after 9pm at the height of summer. Love that.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:48pm Michael 98145:

Obrigado, Irene.

(how is your wrist doing?)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:50pm Irene Trudel:

Michael, I remember visiting my aunt and uncle in Seattle and not seeing the sun set until almost 10pm during early summer. So cool! (Oh, and the wrist is doing very well, thanks. Just trying to find time to keep up the exercises.)
Avatar 2:51pm Constant Follower:

No way!!! <3
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:52pm Irene Trudel:

Been meaning to play this, Constant Traveler!
