	4:07pm Mr Fab: Exactly, chresti. Don’s Tuesday show, the Fantastic World of Kitten Sparkles, is basically a Glossololia-type show, only now thanks to WFMU’s awesome archving, the shows will be preserved, not vanishing into the ether, as most of Don’s KXLU shows have done.

	4:10pm Mr Fab: Well, KXLU is on a university campus, so it’s shut down. Would love to get KXLU djs here, such a wealth of talent. But the tech thing is a turn-off to them. So far, only Kitten Bolles has successfully wrestled with the home-studio dilemma

	4:16pm Mr Fab: It really is such a great system. When I thought of this channel, I had two ideas on who should host it - 1) WFMU, and 2) someplace else
	♥ 4:17pm Franco Twinkie: Don is leading the charge into the dystopian 21st century meltdown. Those folks who like to go into a real radio station better wake up and smell the coffee, or get a job selling oranges on a traffic island.
	4:18pm zivilars: Mr Fab: A huge thank you in general for this fantastic station – IMO it's the best one of all WFMU streams (main one included) and that also includes the community on the message board here

	5:08pm Martinibomb: Let me say I totally get the Mic thing. I come from more of a club Dj thing and it was the HARD for me. I still struggle but.. it's all good. It gets better and more fun. The Mic is like an instrument.

Would that be alright? He is also the actor who played Frankenstein and wrote the screenplay for the movie "Frankenstein's Planet of Monsters."

	5:30pm Mr Fab: Uncontrollable Urge, the highlight of Devo live, with them all lined up shoulder to shoulder, kick-stepping in time, like robot Rockettes.
	♥ 5:31pm Franco Twinkie: Devo was the best. When everyone else was trying to figure out what the hell this new thing called 'punk' was, they just came into town and smashed everything to pieces. Out front and kicking ass in a major way, they did.
	5:33pm Mr Fab: My high school new wave band covered “Mongoloid.” Wowed them catholic achoold kiddies at the annual talent show. (Tho it was our cover of Trio’s “Da Da Da” that got em dancin)

	5:41pm Kitten Sparkles: I found out about DEVO when I went to visit the Residents, whose studio was really close tto where i was living in SF. That was an incredible day for young nerd me..Meeting (and getting really stoned with the Residents, who played me the song they had just mixed on the big studio speakers. Satisfaction!!!! The set for Vileness - w the atomic shopping carts) was downstairs from the control room. On my way out I was really stond but managed to ask the main guy if he knew of anything good coming to SF soon. He said, yeh, this new band called Tyhe Deevolutio Band, who do films and dress up and are prett cool" And he gave me a press kit they sent him and one of the 2 copies of Jocko homo/ Mongoloid, whih was all they had out.

	5:41pm Kitten Sparkles: I found out about DEVO when I went to visit the Residents, whose studio was really close tto where i was living in SF. That was an incredible day for young nerd me..Meeting (and getting really stoned with the Residents, who played me the song they had just mixed on the big studio speakers. Satisfaction!!!! The set for Vileness - w the atomic shopping carts) was downstairs from the control room. On my way out I was really stond but managed to ask the main guy if he knew of anything good coming to SF soon. He said, yeh, this new band called Tyhe Deevolutio Band, who do films and dress up and are prett cool" And he gave me a press kit they sent him and one of the 2 copies of Jocko homo/ Mongoloid, whih was all they had out.
