  7:02pm Listener Bop Monroe:

the Supersession Al Kooper & Mike Bloomfield one, yeah.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:02pm Linda Lee:

hello!! thank you so much for offering another program with Mr Hertzberg! iv'e been recommending the Fun City video series everywhere since i first turned on to it. brilliant work.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:03pm Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

It's late 60s-ish. Somebody has to trip out somewhere in the film!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:04pm Linda Lee:

not that i don't have a special place in my heart for my hometown as i remember it 1969 - 1994 ~ reflected so beautifully in the series. indeed i do!
  7:04pm Listener Bop Monroe:

"Nantucket Sleighride (to Owen Coffin)" by Pappalardi, Collins.
Avatar 7:04pm dale:

dirty old ny is becoming dirty new ny from what the news tells me.
Avatar 7:05pm slugluv1313:

omg -- i remember seeing "The People Next Door" -- even as a kid, TOTALLY saw it as cheesey anti-drug propaganda
Avatar 7:06pm slugluv1313:

greetings Devon and Skeletons and everyone!
Avatar 7:06pm dale:

bop - i just associate al with mountain and make assumptions. which is wrong.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:06pm Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Dig Quincy.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:06pm Linda Lee:

unfortunately, the gritty city we loved will never return in any way. long gone.
hi slugluv! how are you?
Avatar 7:06pm slugluv1313:

hi there, Linda Lee!
Avatar 7:07pm dale:

yes. jack klugman as quincy was fantastiic. an old fugly medical examiner with lots of topless young chicks on his party boat.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:07pm Linda Lee:

great seeing you! :-)
sadly haven't seen 'the people next door'. should i?
Avatar 7:08pm dale:

hi linda lee - long time no etc.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:08pm Linda Lee:

hi! ow are you, dale?
  7:08pm Listener Bop Monroe:

s'ok!! for years i thought Theme for an Imaginary Western was written by Mountain
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:09pm Linda Lee:

ow? how!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:09pm Otis Fodder:

Hi Devon, finally made it to the island on time. How's the weather?

Hi LL!
Avatar 7:09pm Ned Merrill:

Well, I think PEOPLE NEXT DOOR is worth checking out, cheesy anti-drug message or not. If nothing else, it's shot by the prince of darkness himself, Gordon Willis.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:09pm Folsom:

Was the soundtrack for The out of towners released?
Avatar 7:10pm dale:

fine. no complaints other than modern society and our effed up government.
Avatar 7:10pm slugluv1313:

@ Linda Lee -- right? still live across the river in Hoboken -- grew up in NJ suburbs, started visiting NYC in 70s, started working there when i got outta college in '81 -- so unfortunate how the whole city has changed, the gaps between wealthy and poor are way worse than they used to be :(
Avatar 7:10pm Ned Merrill:

I don't believe there was an OUT OF TOWNERS official soundtrack release, alas.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:10pm Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Getting a bouquet of Composers this week.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:12pm Linda Lee:

hey Otis!
glad you're doing all right, dale!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:14pm Linda Lee:

@slugluv, is it still possible to make a life of any kind living in the city unless one's moneyed or supported by money?
Avatar 7:14pm dale:

kojak's theme was scarborough fair?
Avatar 7:15pm slugluv1313:

@ Linda Lee -- hanging in there! how have you been?
"The People Next Door" is definitely worth checking out:
en.wikipedia.org...
although i could swear there was a "made for TV" film too?
i may even have a copy (on VHS!) that a friend made for me years ago :)
Avatar 7:15pm Devon E. Levins:

Yes! Dirty Old New York is back both in real life and on the air!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:15pm Linda Lee:

ha! still have your VHS player?
glad you're hangin in. i am too.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:15pm Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

dale posted before played I realized...
Avatar 7:16pm slugluv1313:

KOJAK!
another TV show that had me wanting to move to NYC when i was a kid
Avatar 7:16pm Ned Merrill:

Yes, David Greene directed both a made-for-tv version of PEOPLE NEXT DOOR and the theatrical feature film version.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:16pm Linda Lee:

did it really? :-)
love the idea of 'fun city editions'!! fantastic.
Avatar 7:17pm slugluv1313:

@ Linda Lee -- i keep hearing that b/c of COVID-19, a lot of people are moving out of cities, to the suburbs -- and that housing prices in NYC, etc. will come down -- we shall see
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:18pm ultradamno:

Is there a Dirty Old Dirty Daytona show?
Avatar 7:18pm slugluv1313:

@ Ned Merrill -- thank you!
i was not imagining things :)
i mean, my parents never took us to the movies -- so i was trying to remember *how* i saw the film back then
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:21pm Linda Lee:

well, i must tell you on my end that they've deifinitely been shopping for property up here, 90 miles from town. it's been a wild spring & summer. i placed my cabin on the market last January & i've had 4 serious buyers bite. i've lost 3 of them due to lockdown job losses. now waiting to close with my 4th buyer. meanwhile, i've had people driving up onto my lawn to come peek in my windows, since the cabin was still listed online til recently.

One of the better Nancy Drews, though I liked the It girl
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:23pm Linda Lee:

unfortunately i doubt city landlords' expenses are dropping ~ so rental rates may stabilize, but they never seem to go downl.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:24pm Otis Fodder:

Fantastic fav soundtrack here, nice pick and song by James!
Avatar 7:25pm slugluv1313:

@ Linda Lee -- NOW i have a VHS player, thanks to the director working on the "Tattoo Mike" documentary -- i still have a ton of stuff from Coney Island Sideshow days, including VHS tapes, but had no player
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:26pm Linda Lee:

wow! so glad!
i understand you can transfer to digital from VHS without too much trouble, though i haven't tried it.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:26pm ultradamno:

Are we listening to the 8 Track now?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:26pm Linda Lee:

try & do that if you can. we know what happens to tape after a while..
Avatar 7:26pm slugluv1313:

omg i thought i was the only one who remembered "To Find A Man"! it was the cover story one month for "Ingenue" magazine way back when . . .
Avatar 7:26pm Devon E. Levins:

Yes this is the 8 track
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:27pm Linda Lee:

will we hear the ka-CHUNK when the tape changes tracks in the middle of the song?
Avatar 7:27pm slugluv1313:

@ Linda Lee -- YIKES! even if still listed, strangers just invading your privacy like that is SO not cool!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:28pm Handy Haversack:

I was cooking -- which movie was set in Dirty Park Slope?

My VCR was killed late last year, and I hadn't worked out bringing my emergency backup VCR home from the office when I was cut off from the office ...
Avatar 7:28pm Ned Merrill:

THE LANDLORD immortalizes dirty old Park Slope!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:29pm Michael 98145:

Whoa. I am impressed. A still functional 8-trk player.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:29pm Folsom:

I should see if my SVHS player still works, it was pretty decent back in the day
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:30pm Linda Lee:

it was really weird!
my broker *finally* removed the cabin from the online MLS listings. they do sometimes keep 'desirable' properties online even if they're under contract, to bring attention to the brokerage.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:30pm Linda Lee:

that track couldn't have been the tape! it sounded too good.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:31pm Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Analog !
Avatar 7:32pm slugluv1313:

@ Linda Lee -- yes, exactly! a LOT of VHS i can just ditch -- but have yet to find a recycling facility -- but definitely want to save some in a form that will not disintegrate!
i was amazed that all the old tapes i had -- from the early 90s! -- were still okay, the filmmaker was totally able to play them without any problems!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:32pm Linda Lee:

wow! fantastic!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:33pm Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

A platform that won't disintegrate. Always relative!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:34pm Linda Lee:

i should check out 'the landlord' for dirty old park slope. i lived there in the very early 80s. it was mellow; not a problem at all.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:36pm spodiodi:

aloha, Devin, islanders
Avatar 7:36pm slugluv1313:

right? my first job in NYC, right outta college, some of my co-workers lived in Park Slope and they LOVED it!
it is so very very strange to me to see all these photo essays -- "NYC in the Big Bad 70s, 80s," etc. -- sheesh!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:37pm Handy Haversack:

Yeah, two of my close friends grew up there in the 70s and 80s and loved it a lot more then than now.
Avatar 7:41pm John from NP:

Stopped in to like the chirping bird
  7:41pm P-90:

Harry and Tonto, a classic.
Avatar 7:43pm slugluv1313:

omg -- Harry & Tonto!
wanted to see that SO BAD when i was a kid (again, parents never took us to the movies)
FINALLY saw it on DVD -- so sad, i so loved that cat :)
Avatar 7:44pm slugluv1313:

"Cruising" was such a weird fucking movie, saw it when it was released, TOTALLY understood why so many of my friends hated it
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:45pm ultradamno:

Waxworks put out a pretty fancy vinylx3 Cruising soundtrack waxworkrecords.com...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:46pm spodiodi:

i had 3 deathwishes on VHS for years

  7:48pm P-90:

Claudine is a must-see.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:48pm Linda Lee:

it is very odd to see our home as a museum piece of some sort..
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:49pm Linda Lee:

without any of this coverage the place justice.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:49pm ultradamno:

An attempt of a road trip with my cat would end in a massive crash, of this I have no doubt.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:49pm Linda Lee:

sorry: without any of this coverage doing the place justice!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:50pm Linda Lee:

i haven't seen Cruising.. most likely embarrassed for Pacino..
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:50pm Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Loves Curtis.
Avatar 7:51pm Jeff Moore:

Ooof. My dad and I saw Short Eyes when it came out, a class I was in having been assigned the activity of watching it for discussion later.

Dad and I were both a little traumatized.
Avatar 7:52pm Ned Merrill:

Wow, Jeff Moore.
Avatar 7:54pm slugluv1313:

"Death Wish" was so typical of how NYC was portrayed as this "evil" place when i was growing up! but dammit, even though i was a kid, i understood that horrible crimes happened EVERYWHERE -- and being completely cynical, i saw that the evil just got covered up better in the suburbs
(one thing i like about current TV shows like "Criminal Minds," they show that horrifically bad shit can happen ANYWHERE)
Avatar 7:55pm slugluv1313:

@ Jeff Moore -- oh no!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:56pm spodiodi:

now i want to see "The Landlord" and watch some "Criminal Minds" -- thanks, Ned Merrill and slugluv1313
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:56pm Linda Lee:

very smart of you.
the wonderful thing about the city was, she could really appear as anything the filmmakers intended. she was that versatile & complex a star.
;-)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:57pm Linda Lee:

from gritty hellhole to a rich, glittering dream world & eveything in between. no wonder she starred so often.
Avatar 8:00pm Jeff Moore:

@slugluv1313: Oh, 'traumatized' is really overstating it.

We were just... not entirely prepared for the cinematic experience we were about to have.

I'm glad I saw it, though! It stuck with me.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:00pm Linda Lee:

isn't this track fabulous! Hey Nunzio!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:02pm Linda Lee:

keep forgetting to click my stars but i'm loving this show madly.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:03pm Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Jeff cinema can gave impact like that. I'm a bit sensitive to it myself.
Now I think of it this whole idea of the Image of the City is fascinating. Frankly - I'm failure to launch as far as even thinking about living in a real City - the type that's made occasional forays info them & run back home. & not the Big Apple @ all. So I'm kind of a good control case for how the Image has been received & changed. From being a little kid thinking of it as impenetrable irredeemably dangerous place - to more recently bring informed it's like a large serous of relatable neighborhoods - & sometimes now being reminded how different my small-town North New England reality is...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:04pm Otis Fodder:

This is so good, had to come in from the other room. Judy Henske, fantastic.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:04pm ultradamno:

Rich Kids...a little before the preppy killer.
  8:05pm Rick A.:

I love "Happy Ida and Brokenhearted John", great song. Rich Kids is an underrated coming of age movie, produced by Robert Altman.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:06pm Linda Lee:

& all the same, we'll never get a feel for the true city from media pictures ~ it's so much deeper & more compelling than anything captured on film.
  8:08pm P-90:

This is a great interview and theme for one of these “Double Devon” two hour episodes. Much better than squeezing this topic into a single hour.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:08pm Linda Lee:

hey! here i am! a turnkey kid in the early 70s! & yes, i spent days at home alone sometimes. i'd been left some money & my own door key.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:09pm ultradamno:

So kind of how thing would have gone for the kids on A Family Affair.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:09pm ultradamno:

I wonder if that's on Me TV or something...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:09pm Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

The Image Machine is truly something to grapple with. There is the NYC - L.A. dynamic as well - NY has theater & LA Hollywood...&tc.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:11pm Linda Lee:

sure. we were conscious of that dual thing always. i spent 2 summers in LA ~ 72& 73 & it really *felt* like another nation.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:11pm Linda Lee:

castle of quiet was a special show. thanks for playing that beautiful reminder!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:18pm Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Yeah William Berger presented intense music for when that was the best medicine.
But though he was opinionated - he was so welcoming & unpretentious. Like they say Horror film people are the nicest maybe!
& I could communicate with him about ideas - like the symbolic relevance of Horror _ things.
He'll be remembered.

yes, thanks P-90. Ronnie Lang is all over so much music then. As, was Mike Lang on piano.
Avatar 8:23pm slugluv1313:

omg Windows!
had to look that up, could not remember the controversy
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:24pm Linda Lee:

hold on. Windows? what controversy?
Avatar 8:24pm Devon E. Levins:

Yes I think of Wm. every time I hear that theme
Avatar 8:25pm Ned Merrill:

Similar to CRUISING, WINDOWS was attacked as an insensitive portrayal of LGBTQ characters.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:26pm Linda Lee:

ah. did the controversy make sense in any way?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:26pm Linda Lee:

or was the critique just bogus?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:27pm spodiodi:

Ken, i love that picture ( think i remember it from the homepage -- do you know who took it and where? jw)
Avatar 8:28pm Ned Merrill:

The controversy certainly is understandable. Now, there's so much distance and many more portrayals of LGBTQ characters in the interim, so I don't think CRUISING and WINDOWS sting so much anymore. Almost THE FAN's entire cult following is due to it being championed over the years by gay men. It was critical and box office bomb.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:29pm Linda Lee:

i'm curious. what was the problem precisely? dumb portrayals?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:30pm Linda Lee:

when there's hardly any portrayal at all & what you see is ridiculous..
Avatar 8:31pm Ned Merrill:

These were dark films with psychotic murderers who, it's strongly hinted at, were gay.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:31pm Linda Lee:

ah. ok. definitely gay in Cruising, right?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:32pm ultradamno:

I thought the portrayals of roller-baseball mimes in The Warriors was quite insensitive.
Avatar 8:33pm Ned Merrill:

CRUISING likely has multiple killers and it's not clear who all of them are. They are either gay or in conflict or horribly homophobic.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:34pm ultradamno:

I think I may have made a composite of two of the gangs there. That could be triggering, which is insensitive to the potential gang cult leader at the beginning.
  8:35pm P-90:

“Windows” always felt to me like Gordon Willis thought he’d absorbed enough vibe from DP-ing for Francis Coppola and Woody Allen that he was ready to do his own “trendy New York movie.” Visually the movie seems inspired by the idea of expanding on Willis’s famous b&w montage of the city at the beginning of Allen’s “Manhattan.”
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:36pm ultradamno:

I kind of remember Bart Simpson doing that scene
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:36pm loveless:

I'm having bad flashbacks. I got dragged to see "Staying Alive". It was excruciating.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:36pm spodiodi:

yeah, ultra. i use that often. nice to know it's origins
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:37pm Linda Lee:

Avatar 8:38pm Ned Merrill:

Yes, Aiello is a racist cop in FORT APACHE. Throws a kid off a roof.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:40pm loveless:

Danny Aiello held the door open for me at the Post Office and a week later I saw him in CVS.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:40pm Linda Lee:

what amazing, amazing sets..
thank you so much for an amazing show.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:41pm spodiodi:

thanks, Jonathan Hertzberg!
Avatar 8:41pm Ned Merrill:

Thank YOU for listening and encouraging in the comments section!
Avatar 8:41pm Devon E. Levins:

Martin Bisi, the music engineer, tells great Dirty Old NYC stories, one of which is about a late 70s gang based up on the UES that supposedly wore the Yankees pinstripes and carried Louisville Sluggers around with them
Avatar 8:41pm Kenzo (Ken's Last Ever):

OMG, this song, so period.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:42pm Linda Lee:

thanks so much for your amazing work, Mr Hertzberg! i'm a fan.
can't say i remember those guys, Devon..
Avatar 8:43pm Ned Merrill:

Thank you, Linda Lee!
  8:43pm Andres:

Liquid Sky is perhaps the only movie I popped out of the VCR 30mins in. Otherwise the staff recommendations were spot on at the local.
Avatar 8:43pm slugluv1313:

oh gosh Danny Aiello! used to see him around ALL the time, in NYC of course but in Hoboken too :)
and yeah, both Windows and Cruising were criticized for have REALLY over-the-top negative portrayals of gay men and women
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:43pm Linda Lee:

a pleasure! :-)
Avatar 8:45pm slugluv1313:

re: Liquid Sky -- i LOVED how that film looked, but HATED the way the main character's rape was treated -- like it was no big deal
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:45pm Linda Lee:

"Liquid Sky": definitely one of those films. ;-)
i think i've seen it a dozen times without trying.
Avatar 8:46pm Ned Merrill:

DEATHTRAP, which we're hearing now, drew jeers for having a passionate kiss between Chris Reeve (still very much SUPERMAN then) and Michael Caine.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:46pm Linda Lee:

slugluv, i figured that was the point ~ showing a casual brutality ~ which makes it uglier.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:47pm Linda Lee:

the sordid facts beneath any glamour.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:48pm Linda Lee:

.. which is why so many of the characters might've enjoyed heroin. why that contrast late in the film between Margaret's past & her present.
Avatar 8:48pm slugluv1313:

believe it or not, i have never seen Wild Style!
or even Fort Apache The Bronx (just remember people who actually lived in the Bronx were NOT happy about it)
i have a lot of catching up to do :)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:49pm Linda Lee:

confession: i haven't either. always shied away from a certain kind of 'gritty new york city' film..
Avatar 8:50pm slugluv1313:

@ Linda Lee -- right?
i DO remember laughing at seeing Margaret with the professor she was involved with -- it was like wardrobe and hair and make-up did their best to make him look as dorky as possible!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:51pm Linda Lee:

they sure did ~ especially when he's putting down her ' costumes'.
Avatar 8:52pm slugluv1313:

haha! i was thinking, wtf is she doing with this jerk in the first place!?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:52pm Linda Lee:

as brutal as the city appeared in that characterization, she still had charm. i didn't go for characterizations that made her seem soulless. she wasn't.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:53pm Linda Lee:

i think the point there was that he took advantage of his position to interest someone who might not have gone for him in another circumstance.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:53pm Linda Lee:

that was my take, anyway. he's into her pants *only* because he's her instructor! she did like him, though.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:54pm Linda Lee:

she showed warmth. that bit of innocence she'd allowed him to sully.. still showed through somewhat.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:55pm spodiodi:

Thanks again, Devon!

thanks, crew!
Avatar 8:55pm slugluv1313:

@ Linda Lee -- yeah, over the years (going back to when i was in college), i have known people who had gotten involved with their professors -- and yeah, even in my much-younger-days, i saw the professors as merely taking advantage of these younger students -- ick
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:55pm Linda Lee:

it was charming, if a little perverse as a power dynamic..
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:55pm Linda Lee:

i mean, her relationship with Owen was charming. not the typical dynamic..
Avatar 8:55pm Ned Merrill:

This shoulda been a hit! This being "Lady Luck."
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:56pm Otis Fodder:

Super show and selections tonight, thanks Jonathan & Devon!
Avatar 8:56pm Ned Merrill:

Thanks, Otis! Glad you dug it.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:56pm Linda Lee:

i was atually courted by a high school social studies teacher & i couldn't imagine anything more gross than taking the bait.
Avatar 8:56pm slugluv1313:

speaking of Liquid Sky! :)
and i STILL love "Me and My Rhythm Box" :)
Avatar 8:57pm Ned Merrill:

That's THE track!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:57pm Linda Lee:

i do too. :-)
Avatar 8:57pm slugluv1313:

@ Linda Lee -- ewwww! gross indeed!
i think that was my main aversion to that whole scene, these dudes were NOT attractive at all
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:58pm ultradamno:

Times Square taught me that there is ample loft space for two teen girls to squat on the island.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:58pm Linda Lee:

no conflict then.
my teacher clearly saw something in me that i didn't quite have a handle on yet, being .. now i see .. a real dyke!
Avatar 8:59pm slugluv1313:

amazing show, thanks so much Devon and Jonathan!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:59pm Linda Lee:

she was almost .. courtly!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:59pm Linda Lee:

thank you so much, guys!! fabulous!!
Avatar 8:59pm Ned Merrill:

Thank you for being here with us, slugluv1313!
  9:00pm P-90:

Thanks Devon and Jonathan!
Avatar 9:01pm slugluv1313:

@ Linda Lee -- oh wow! courtly, WAY different than the male professors -- i saw them as positively lecherous!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:02pm Linda Lee:

i'm glad i wasn't confronted with that one too!
Avatar 9:03pm Devon E. Levins:

Thx All! Colin Stetson next week!
Avatar 9:04pm Ned Merrill:

Thanks, Devon! Always a blast.
Avatar 9:11pm Ned Merrill:

I forgot to mention the other Miguel Pinero-related films after SHORT EYES. Miguel appears in both FORT APACHE: THE BRONX and ALPHABET CITY.
