As a old Michigan girl, early Seger really rocks, and his songs had socially important messages in them, talking late 60’s and early 70’s. Seeing him live then was special,... though by the mid to late 70’s, his sound became a bit too big and over produced for my taste, but his early garage style records and ballads were bone rattling intense!
