	3:44pm kpx: I do that with my AC but for a different reason. it's to cut back on power consumption to help prevent a blackout. stayed up last night until 3 because I stumbled upon professor dum dum show for the first time in eons. turned the AC on at 3 a.m. got up at 8:30 turn it off, and it's been off ever since.

Try to walk a little bit more everyday, 2 blocks today, 4 blocks tomorrow, until you're doing a few miles a day. VERY IMPORTANT!

	♥ 3:57pm PeterD: I'll second the walking recommendation. FWIW I'm a professional trainer. The #1 thing I recommend is just getting in extra walking to start with. It's a huge difference maker in overall health.

I deal by getting the cooler night air in, cheap box fan per window, and as soon as the sun hits in the morning remove the fan and pull the shades. I might keep a fan blowing on me inside but if it's too hot I'll go outside.

	3:44pm kpx: I do that with my AC but for a different reason. it's to cut back on power consumption to help prevent a blackout. stayed up last night until 3 because I stumbled upon professor dum dum show for the first time in eons. turned the AC on at 3 a.m. got up at 8:30 turn it off, and it's been off ever since.
