Rich, crew, late-nighters!
  12:03am rich:

good morning everyone. for your eyes go here:
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:03am chresti:

Hi rich and squirrel company!
  12:05am rich:

hello mariano and chresti
  12:05am Carmichael:

Heya Rich and freaks. Spurious pool jumping.
Avatar 12:06am spodiodi:

hello rich! thanks for the music and links
Avatar 12:06am slugluv1313:

ooooo pretty! nice start!
good evening, Rich, Skeletons, hiya mariano!
Avatar 12:06am spodiodi:

and all!
  12:09am rich:

good evening carmichael, spodiodi, slugluv
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:09am Mr. Pumpy:

It's like I was trying to not do my homework and felt a sudden pang of guilt. Yes, pang. I was going to cook food for pops and listen to the Beatles, but I looked at the calendar and realized we must continue the path to optimum inflatable state of dead squirrel effigies. Where did we leave off? State funding? Sponsors? A latex consortium interested in our mission?! This is happening.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:09am coelacanth∅:

hello rich and carcassoids
i'd ask who's on first but i can see that for myself
Avatar 12:11am spodiodi:

i don't know is in the pool
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:11am Mr. Pumpy:

I call this style of plucking...the sick pick. Not sick meaning bad but sick meaning good. There it is.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:13am ParUbi:

Hi Rich, hey everyone
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:14am ParUbi:

You can water your plants with seltzer
Avatar 12:14am spodiodi:

do the plants belch afterward?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:15am Mr. Pumpy:

I've been rethinking where the nozzle goes. The carcass should have some organs sticking out...this way we don't just have to go with exes for eyes and a lazy tongue in order to make it obvious this rodent is dead. The intestines should eventually end in a nozzle one can blow in, hence inflating this squirrel carcass. Further uses can be discussed. I believe there was an idea for a parade float, and possible mass manufacturing for the pool or beach.
Avatar 12:15am spodiodi:

aloha, slugluv, skeltons, pumpy, ubi
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:15am Mr. Pumpy:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:15am ParUbi:

They dig the carbon dioxide, so the belch becomes a bloom
Avatar 12:16am spodiodi:

what about flies?
Avatar 12:16am spodiodi:

THAT is sick, ParUbi
  12:16am rich:

coel and mr p hello
mr p if we're looking for sponsors i understand major league baseball has a peanut problem at the moment as in too many. while not acorns i'm sure the carcass float would be a natural choice for sponsorship along the mummer's parade route.
  12:17am Carmichael:

Daughter bought Stayin Alive disco lights for the pool. Freaky underwater adventures.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:18am Mr. Pumpy:

rich, I like the way your thinking. Mummers and nut surplus. I'm on it.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:18am Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Evening. Morning. Thing.
Avatar 12:19am slugluv1313:

watering my plants on the fire escape :)
been no rain here in ages, hopefully some good thunderstorms and drenching tomorrow
Avatar 12:19am spodiodi:

i bet we could find a mummer to wear a puffy squirrel costume too, mummers-style
Avatar 12:19am spodiodi:

*mummer struts*
  12:20am rich:

rev rabbit thing is the perfect term for 12 am starting point for time each day ending point for most people
  12:20am Carmichael:

I’m in CA. It’s prime COVID avoidance doing nothing time.
Avatar 12:21am slugluv1313:

@carmichael -- ok i *need* those Stayin Alive lights -- & i do not even have a pool
  12:21am rich:

mummer-style would require a squirrel with feathers
Avatar 12:21am spodiodi:

i wouldn't mind doing it, really - i have some old pillows
  12:22am Carmichael:

@slugluv, disco ball in the deep end.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:22am Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

zero hour - no thing...
Avatar 12:22am spodiodi:

feather pillows, to be clear
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:22am Mr. Pumpy:

This track sounds like John Fahey and Alice Coltrane took ketimine and found a time machine in Iceland which was also a spaceship.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:23am Mr. Pumpy:

you want feathers? We got 'em!
Avatar 12:23am spodiodi:

i can suit up at the vfw
Avatar 12:23am spodiodi:

the more the mummerier
Avatar 12:24am spodiodi:

bring as many as you can, mr p
  12:24am Carmichael:

@spodi, you’re not the MyPillow guy, are you??
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:24am Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

& really Pumpy - is that so much to ask from a track?
Avatar 12:26am spodiodi:

i hope not ( i just had to look him up ), but i haven't really found myself yet, probably (hindsight kinda thing, i bet)
Avatar 12:26am spodiodi:

^ @Carm
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:27am Chop Scott:

Bravo Rich--Cheers!
  12:27am Carmichael:

It’s your thing , do what you want to do. I can’t tell you who to sock it to.
  12:28am rich:

hey chop scott how are you?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:30am Chop Scott:

I'm navigating well enough Rich--always happy to be listening.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:31am Mr. Pumpy:

Rev Rab...that's usually my bare minimum for approving a track. It met it! Can you simply meet something with flying colors? If so, it did.
  12:31am rich:

good to hear navigation is important where you are
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:31am chresti:

I'd think they would like it, Par.
Avatar 12:34am northguineahills:

Trouble played that Roy Montgomery 2 years ago (fave kiwi guitarist of mine)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:34am Chop Scott:

Rich--ever the boy scout. Cheers!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:35am chresti:

Yes, I'm in California, too, pretending it's midnight. I feel big when I think it's midnight.
  12:36am rich:

would the maggots and flies prefer vintage or polar?
Avatar 12:37am spodiodi:

polar? pardon my squirrel ignorance
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:37am mariano:

Has kind of a Tull vibe, huh? Voice reminds me of Ian Anderson.
Avatar 12:37am spodiodi:

and i can just ask them anyway, they're all over the place here
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:38am chresti:

Agree, mariano.
  12:39am ?:

Oh man. Groundhogs
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:39am Fox:

Hey, dudes.
Avatar 12:40am spodiodi:

they said .,.,..,,., and bzzzzzz. bzzz sounds like vintage, but i don't really understand maggot that well
  12:40am Carmichael:

Taller and stronger, chresti.

Heya Fox!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:42am coelacanth∅:

i thought it was the flowers getting the seltzer.
...i guess we can add a splash of cow manure and the flowers AND the flies and maggots will be happy
Avatar 12:42am spodiodi:

i'm sure either is fine, anyway.

hello Fox!
Avatar 12:42am slugluv1313:

yeah, definitely Tull, with some Canned Heat
Avatar 12:43am northguineahills:

@chresti: mierda, it's past midnight, the rich hazelton on wfmu should have clued (told me) in.
  12:44am ?:

My Dad gardened with the groundhogs drummer. He said to him "you must have some interesting stories" & he said "no"
Avatar 12:44am northguineahills:

Now I want to hear some canned heat.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:45am coelacanth∅:

i personally wouldn't attempt having a garden with a groundhog.
Avatar 12:46am northguineahills:

*makes caddyshack reference here*
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:47am mariano:

This Kulara reminds me quite a bit of Tull as well.
  12:47am jeff-m:

this is pretty awesome-
Avatar 12:48am spodiodi:

i'm going to need more feathers... this is looking like a charlie brown squirrel carcass costume

ngh, there are baby ruths in carms pool, near the disco lights
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:49am coelacanth∅:

helpful hint: use horsefeathers. they're bigger and there are more per animal.
Avatar 12:51am spodiodi:

how do flightless horses keep warm? send if you have, coel!
Avatar 12:51am spodiodi:

  12:52am rich:

coel would you attempt a garden with a warthog
  12:52am ?:

He also gardened with an old man who had been Thomas Hardy's gardener in his youth. My Dad said 'oh that must have marvellous, what was he like?' & he said 'he were a cunt' Apologies for the language. Loving the show
Avatar 12:57am spodiodi:

thanks, Darren!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:57am Fox:

Hiiii Darrrrrrren!!!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:57am coelacanth∅:

spodi i saw in national geographic that the flightless ones just hang out in the hot tub all day.
rich i wouldn't want to but on the other hand i can never say no to a warthog.
Avatar 12:58am spodiodi:

i always knew horses were cool, but wow. that's sick
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:59am coelacanth∅:

Thanks Darren!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:59am Chop Scott:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:17am chresti:

Carmichael, I bet your pool's temperature is perfect now, with all the hot weather you've been having.
  1:19am rich:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:27am Mr. Pumpy:

sinner is correct...this is not a joke

i always thought that rick griffin flying eyeball hendrix poster for the fillmore was the one true poster but i've been wrong before

Damn, late to the party! it happens every time I pick up a book. My true poster (and I have many!) is The Sunday Funnies by Rick Griffin. The comic strip announcing The Quicksilver Messenger Service at The Avalon Ballroom. I got it at The Print Mint in Berkeley for $1.50 in 1970. Now it's worth about, I don't know, a lot of money.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:13am mariano:

Went to a party once that had a blacklight room, all kinds of glowy posters. Glad I decided to drop acid that night! 'Night coela.
