	12:51pm coelacanth∅: who knows, maybe it'll make it. it's starting to rain here though, which probably wont help it's situation. and there's a cat around, a dog, big grounhogs, raccoons, raptors... ...i took a sound recording of them yesterday for a while; i knew they were jumping today. it sounded like 4 birds so i guess the other 3 are up in the trees now. i haven't seen the mother come back, but maybe she's watching from across the driveway, where she used to yell at me because she needed to get past me to feed them

	1:40pm JakeGould: That said “Key Largo” and “To Have and Have Not” both kinda suck. But “To Have and Have Not” — I believe — is the first pairing of Lauren Bacall and Humphrey Bogart. So their interactions are great. The movie as a whole is forgettable.

	1:43pm JakeGould: Others films that are recent classics are “Paper Moon” and “Dancer in the Dark.” I rewatched Coppola’s “One from the Heart” and it’s visually stunning (the film was filmed all on set and with miniatures) but the story doesn’t make you care about any of the characters.
	1:44pm Mary Wing: At first I thought they were only saying train stations of the Boston transit system, but now I realize they are saying stations from many different cities, heh.
	1:45pm JakeGould: And for a dark laugh the classic “Frankenstein” and “Bride of Frankenstein” both hold up well. Boris Karloff’s perfect goofy acting makes it all work.

	1:40pm JakeGould: That said “Key Largo” and “To Have and Have Not” both kinda suck. But “To Have and Have Not” — I believe — is the first pairing of Lauren Bacall and Humphrey Bogart. So their interactions are great. The movie as a whole is forgettable.

	1:43pm JakeGould: Others films that are recent classics are “Paper Moon” and “Dancer in the Dark.” I rewatched Coppola’s “One from the Heart” and it’s visually stunning (the film was filmed all on set and with miniatures) but the story doesn’t make you care about any of the characters.
	1:44pm Mary Wing: At first I thought they were only saying train stations of the Boston transit system, but now I realize they are saying stations from many different cities, heh.
	1:45pm JakeGould: And for a dark laugh the classic “Frankenstein” and “Bride of Frankenstein” both hold up well. Boris Karloff’s perfect goofy acting makes it all work.
