Sounds benevolent, but it’s always centered on racial purity as Murakami Whywolf explains. So the pitch is like: “We want to preseve Chinese culture…” And then when you go deeper: “The Communist party has stifled our voice, but we want a pure China… Free of Communist influence and outside influence…” They are basically like “States Rights” loons who still whine about the Confederacy.
