  3:04pm John from Florham park:

@Spid noticed the internet only streams have really good discussions
  3:05pm John from Florham park:

&I mean spod
@Handy howdy again
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:05pm Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

In the Jazzes - the Gittar is watched suspiciously... they kinda wanted to stick w/ Banjo & they're not sure about all this Electricity... Scofield has that most valuable of Artist's assets: he's himself...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:06pm spodiodi:

thanks, JohnfFp, likewise. i'd rather go to the dentist than miss Irwin's show. hi to all, and our masterful DJ and shaman
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:06pm coelacanth∅:

greetings Irwin; Irwinians...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:07pm spodiodi:

@John, that's the exact reason i'm trying to type less :D
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:07pm David (in London):

Mr Haversack. yes indeed. A proper cockney geezer me.
  3:07pm Chi Bill:

LOL! Funnee, Rev Rabbit!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:08pm spodiodi:

the horses are on the track, David (in London) *nods, clutching gloved fist*
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:08pm David (in London):

Hey coelacanth∅ - See you've reverted to the C now. The K suited you, but it's more of a weekend look perhaps?
  3:08pm John from Florham park:

@Spod ha ha with the typing:)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:09pm Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Yes We Coelacanth
No Change Which We Don't Fully Understand
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:09pm David (in London):

@spodiodi - I think when this race finally gets going, it's going to make the chariot race in Ben Hur look like a walk in the park.
  3:09pm jess:

Hello John, Spodiodi, coelacanth∅ and anyone else I know.
  3:10pm John from Florham park:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:14pm Handy Haversack:

I am selling tout sheets with all the secrets that spodiodi and David (in London) don't want us to know so that you (yes, you!) can make a killing at the races, too!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:14pm Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Brave covering the greatest Singer ever (& her range of all of seven notes). Nice.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:14pm David (in London):

@spodiodi - Personally, I think Dean's fast-living lifestyle might be compromising his driving. I might jump ship to your team.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:15pm spodiodi:

hahaHandy. I'll talk to my people. bring your A-game on Sunday
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:16pm spodiodi:

<- David (in London)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:16pm David (in London):

@Handy - What are the odds? Just asking for a friend. (No insider betting here).
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:19pm Handy Haversack:

@David, the trick is waiting and monitoring behavior just before the gun. Will spodiodi spend himself on prerace antics? Will the drugs ever kick in? All of these forces are in play, and the balance must be weighed. All these secrets are available for a low, low price. You can't afford not to!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:19pm Phillippe Bastille:

Howdy
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:21pm spodiodi:

my showboating days are behind me *ahem*
  3:21pm John from Florham park:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:22pm David (in London):

@Handy - Wow, you're like that moneyball guy. It's obviously as much science as art. If you get an anonymous bet from London N16, you haven't seen me, right?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:23pm Phillippe Bastille:

Hey John.

What's this race everyone is talking about?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:23pm Alison Porchnik:

This is smokin. Leaving off the "g" for extra smoke.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:24pm coelacanth∅:

haha David i forgot all about that!
(3.08)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:24pm Irwin:

What's it called when final "g's" are dropped?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:24pm Alison Porchnik:

it's called "cool"
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:24pm Phillippe Bastille:

@Irwin "Bein' from Bawlamer"

Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:29pm coelacanth∅:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:36pm coelacanth∅:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:37pm David (in London):

@Phillippe. A 'clear view' of all your stolen data. Nice.
Avatar 3:38pm Hoboken Jack:

Hello Irwin, Florham John, "Alison," and all bowlers regardless of skill level or affiliation.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:38pm coelacanth∅:

Phillippe, my hair's on fire now
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:40pm David (in London):

@coelacanth∅ - How did they react when Pink Floyd's 'Another Brick in the Wall' single came out? That sent parents and English teachers across the UK into paroxysms of anger here.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:40pm coelacanth∅:

...that cnn site is bad news in itself, so i left it after a few sentences. so -is clearview something people pay for?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:42pm Phillippe Bastille:

Yeah, right now police departments are their biggest customer
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:42pm Mr. Pumpy:

Late to the party...yo yo yo!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:43pm Alison Porchnik:

@ Hoboken Jack: Hi Jack.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:44pm coelacanth∅:

haha really David?! i don't know that my parents were paying attention by then.
i was heavily into 'floyd already and i don't think my mother minded it because it was mellower than all of my former infatuations (led zeppelin; the 'stones; steppenwolf; black sabbath...)
i hated the wall when it came out so she never heard it from my room, and maybe has yet to ever hear it.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:45pm coelacanth∅:

Phillippe right,of course
Avatar 3:45pm Fredericks:

I predicted that hack. I'm not psychic; it's like predicting darkness at the end of the day.
Avatar 3:46pm Fredericks:

Hi Ho, Hobo JACK!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:46pm coelacanth∅:

(been happily reviewing a lot of soft machine lately)
  3:47pm John from Florham park:

@Hoboken jack howdy
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:48pm David (in London):

@Mr Pumpy - Set the rock factor to 11.
  3:49pm John from Florham park:

@Coel I watched the wall when I was a senior in high school and always felt you had to be stoned to watch it
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:49pm Handy Haversack:

Every sentence of that Clearview article is more hilarious, ridiculous, infuriating, and terrifying than the one before. So ... thanks, Phillippe?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:50pm David (in London):

John, last time I saw it, 1988 I think, I was indeed very stoned. QED.
  3:50pm Lunchbox:

Love me some Robert Wyatt.
  3:51pm John from Florham park:

@PB I don’t fucking believe it
Avatar 3:51pm Hoboken Jack:

Fredericks! I'll be manning the phones for this show during week TWO.
Avatar 3:52pm TDK60:

Hi Irwin; never heard this version of Moon in June before! I have the Soft Machine version off their LP "Third" and saw S.M. perform it at Cafe Au Go Go.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:52pm David (in London):

@Handy - "saving kids and solving crimes" will be title of my new autobiography.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:52pm David (in London):

Hey TDK. (Once again, cool bass work yesterday).
Avatar 3:53pm TDK60:

Golly, gracias, London David.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:53pm Irwin:

Jack, can you get down here now? I need some Lindor truffles.
Avatar 3:54pm Aquebogue:

I'm droppin a g.
Avatar 3:54pm Martinibomb:

@TDK60 Bass work?
  3:56pm Listener Robert:

Could dropping a final g be a cost-saving measure?
Avatar 3:56pm Hoboken Jack:

The nice man in the lab coat said to wean you off them.
  3:57pm Mike tp:

wow robert.....
  3:58pm spodiodi:

Heck yeah
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:58pm Handy Haversack:

@David: If you want to be more au courant, "Savin' Kids and Solvin' Crimes."
Avatar 3:59pm TDK60:

Martini, see Creamo Coyl show for yesterday.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:00pm coelacanth∅:

John @3.49 i saw the wall movie in the early '90s when i dated a younger woman who insisted and i totally loved it. we definitely smoked a bit of herb and ate some popcorn.
...i still think the album sucks though!
  4:02pm John from Florham park:

@Coel gotcha about the wall
  4:04pm Lunchbox:

Gotta say, I think this is better than the one on “Third”. Don’t know why, it’s just more appealing to me
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:05pm Handy Haversack:

That was pretty wild.
Avatar 4:05pm TDK60:

That was wild, same architecture as "Third" but different sound.
Avatar 4:06pm Aquebogue:

Always savin money droppin g's.
  4:06pm judy from croton:

Robert Wyatt makes me feel like yay
  4:07pm David in London:

My father in law was at the Soft Machine show when they supported the Floyd at the Roundhouse in ‘67. They miked up their motorcycle and rode it around the edge of the venue. I think they accidentally reversed it over a giant jelly too.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:09pm Handy Haversack:

@David in London: Does "jelly" mean "Twinkie"?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:09pm coelacanth∅:

damn. soft machine and 'floyd.
... damn. bike reversing over a giant jelly audio!
  4:11pm David in London:

@Handy, oh yes, jelly means jam in US English doesn’t it? In U.K English it’s the wobbly stuff that sets in a mould for kids parties.
Avatar 4:12pm Fredericks:

Got it, Jack
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:13pm Handy Haversack:

Ah, we call that "fanny."
  4:15pm flashbazbo:

I don’t get it. I’ll just stay confused.
  4:15pm David in London:

A peanut butter and fanny sandwich please.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:16pm Mr. Pumpy:

Are we still on twinkies?!
Avatar 4:17pm Aquebogue:

No - Jello under the lorry.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:17pm Mr. Pumpy:

Mmmmmm...peanut butter and fanny
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:19pm Alison Porchnik:

@David in London: messy. Don't ask how I know.
Avatar 4:19pm Fredericks:

Mr. Pumpy, who's the band at the basketball court?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:19pm Irwin:

Andy Breckman once had to wear peanut butter undies at the UCB Theater.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:21pm Mr. Pumpy:

@Fredericks...Fugazi
  4:22pm David in London:

@Alison. The mental images are worrying.
  4:22pm joechrismorris:
