"fnord" recibe poder hipnótico sobre los no iluminados, y se les enseña a los niños en la escuela primaria a no poder ver la palabra conscientemente.

ALLAN SHERMAN!!!! :-) <3

Avatar 7:09pm spacebrother:

Avatar 7:10pm Martinibomb:

@SpaceBro are you on PC? and if so have you checked out VB Audio Cable?
Avatar 7:10pm spacebrother:

Mac. Using DJ Pro.
Avatar 7:11pm Martinibomb:

Ah okay! Thanks never mind...
Avatar 7:13pm spacebrother:

I just heard about this band. Satanic doo-wop. Any reactions?
Avatar 7:14pm Martinibomb:

I like it. Didn't know it was satanic but I can dig it.
  7:14pm CC:

Please take my hand!!!...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:14pm Rich in Washington:

I dig what they're laying down!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:15pm Rich in Washington:

They had me at Satanic.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:15pm DJ GeorgyGirl:

Hey - Satan can swing, too!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:15pm Otis Fodder:

I like it. Enough to throw my bible on the floor to fix this wobbly table here.
  7:16pm CC:

Jagger and Ozzy often felt that way I think...GG???
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:16pm Rich in Washington:

never heard of them until just now. Amazing pipes on that singer. It's not a style you hear people try to nail when recreating retro styles of music.
Avatar 7:18pm edelkakao cha cha:

I am probably not a huge fan, but I am genuinely surprised as I just found out Twin Temple played two gigs- here in Finland just two weeks ago.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:18pm DJ GeorgyGirl:

This intro is EVERYTHING
Avatar 7:19pm spacebrother:

I think TT might be from LA. I'm not sure.
  7:19pm CC:

In the end.. I suppose it's always a nice gesture to wash a person's feet if they don't mind!?!
Avatar 7:20pm spacebrother:

GG - I was thinking of you for this track.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:20pm Rich in Washington:

Oh yeah!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:21pm Otis Fodder:

Best version EVER... another song I can't stand.. except this version.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:21pm DJ GeorgyGirl:

THIS IS FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-D
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:21pm Rich in Washington:

My copy of this record is hilariously defaced by someone. I love it.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:22pm Otis Fodder:

As it should be. This is so horrible, it's fantastic!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:22pm Rich in Washington:

My wife and I have this game where we know we've been at a Goodwill too long when Madonna's cover comes on. Every time, like clockwork.
Avatar 7:22pm spacebrother:

@ Rich - LOLOLOL
  7:22pm Aaron in Minneapolis:

Ah I got here just in time for the Brady bunch
Avatar 7:22pm Martinibomb:

Avatar 7:22pm spacebrother:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:22pm Rich in Washington:

Avatar 7:23pm Martinibomb:

Avatar 7:23pm spacebrother:

THANKS!!
  7:23pm Aaron in Minneapolis:

Who doesn’t love that story?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:23pm DJ GeorgyGirl:

I know that the charity shops have nothing more to give me on that particular day when I see my 9 millionth copy of "Cujo"
Avatar 7:23pm Martinibomb:

yow this Brady Bunch is fucking hawt! I am grabbing this
  7:24pm CC:

Andy has his moments...hahaha!!!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:24pm Rich in Washington:

My wife once bought a Best of Don McLean CD. I don't have a punchline, but there was a Best of Don McLean CD.
  7:24pm Aaron in Minneapolis:

They couldn’t even sing the whole song
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:25pm DJ GeorgyGirl:

@Rich - now, I like Don McLean ... but I'm struggling to think of more than three songs.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:25pm DJ GeorgyGirl:

Four at a push
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:25pm DJ GeorgyGirl:

Freeeeeends. lol
Avatar 7:26pm spacebrother:

I hate this song, love this version. I like lots of tracks that are like that.
  7:26pm Aaron in Minneapolis:

Do you like the gypsy kings cover space?
  7:27pm CC:

I still really miss X-Ray... God Rest His Soul..!..
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:27pm Rich in Washington:

If I ever hear a high school record with a cover of this song I will just die. Please someone tell me it's happened.
Avatar 7:27pm spacebrother:

@ Aaron - Point me to it.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:28pm DJ GeorgyGirl:

@Rich - didn't Langley do one?
  7:28pm CC:

of course the one with Vincent van Gogh I was my favorite Georgy Girl!!!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:28pm Rich in Washington:

I remember the urban legends about this song being 'satanic' when it was a hit.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:28pm DJ GeorgyGirl:

@Rich - I may have hallucinated that ;-)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:28pm Rich in Washington:

and that poor girl being murdered during the recording of Ohio Players' Love Rollercoaster.

The Eagles are playing Wembley Arena in the summer ... the cheap seats, ie waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay out the back are £135. If you want to sit at the front it's nearly £1500.
For that money I want them to come to my house. With Glenn Frey.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:30pm Rich in Washington:

My Langley CD is always within reach. No. Their sole Eagles cover was Desperado.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:30pm DJ GeorgyGirl:

@Rich - wait. What???
  7:30pm CC:

NIB... Black Sabbath???
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:31pm DJ GeorgyGirl:

@CC - I do love Vincent :-)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:31pm Otis Fodder:

I have to agree, Langley's Desperado... and that Seinfeld episode with Desperado are 2 instances that I do like.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:31pm DJ GeorgyGirl:

This reminds of my father's infernal music box/record player thing.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:32pm Rich in Washington:

I have two copies of Innocence and Despair for some reason. One's perpetually in my radio crate and the other is in my Outsider/Weirdos section of my CD shelf.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:32pm DJ GeorgyGirl:

I was in the kitchen and heard that. LOL!!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:33pm Rich in Washington:

Me too! Priceless reaction!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:35pm DJ GeorgyGirl:

No! Not this one!!!! Abort!!!
  7:36pm CC:

I'm pretty sure that I am at least 1/32 Cherokee???
Avatar 7:37pm spacebrother:

I hadn't heard that one in awhile. Should preview the ENTIRE SONG.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:38pm Rich in Washington:

Do you have Edison cylinders and a player, spacebrother?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:38pm DJ GeorgyGirl:

Whatever you do, don't play "Oliver's Army". lol!
  7:40pm CC:

or anything from the soundtrack Eyes Wide Shut!!!...:)
Avatar 7:40pm Mr Fab:

Still dealing with computer issues, but hello! Rich, Greg has a gramophone for 78s, not a cylinder player.
Avatar 7:41pm Martinibomb:

@Spacebro My previous radio show as named after a Billy Golden song, "Rabbit Hash."
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:41pm DJ GeorgyGirl:

I had one Flange show where there was a record I hadn't listened to all the way through, and I sat here *sweating* and praying that it didn't go anywhere untoward. The gods were smiling upon me, thankfully ... but it happens :-)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:44pm Rich in Washington:

This is incredible, spacebrother!
  7:44pm CC:

Now the soundtracks From Dusk Till Dawn and Queen of the Damned are pretty good!?!
Avatar 7:45pm spacebrother:

Smoky Wood was a total stoner.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:45pm DJ GeorgyGirl:

I *swear* in Wild Cherry's "Play That Funky Music" there's one instance where he sings "play that fuckin' music, white boy".
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:46pm DJ GeorgyGirl:

And there is *no way in hell* that ray davies says "fogging" in "Apeman". None whatsoever. LOL
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:47pm Rich in Washington:

Robert Palmer in Alright Now.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:47pm DJ GeorgyGirl:

These last four tracks have been outstanding :-)
  7:47pm CC:

sometimes I used to think Bob Wills was possessed!?!...hehehe
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:48pm Rich in Washington:

isn't there a Stones song where they get away with it? I can't immediately remember it.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:49pm DJ GeorgyGirl:

@Rich - it wouldn't surprise me :-)
  7:50pm CC:

it's kind of like the way that chanting automatically protects you from evil forces!!!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:52pm DJ GeorgyGirl:

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Bruce Haack :-)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:52pm DJ GeorgyGirl:

Why have I never noticed that this is Lily The Pink???
Avatar 7:52pm Martinibomb:

Thanks Spacebro!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:55pm Otis Fodder:

Have a good night all and thanks for the tunes Greg!
Avatar 7:56pm spacebrother:

Glad you all enjoyed! Had to improvise a little.
Avatar 7:56pm Mr Fab:

More utter wonderfulness. thank u, sir.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:56pm DJ GeorgyGirl:

Bloody fabulous show, Greg! Thank you :-)
  7:57pm CC:

For instance... some might concentrate on that little chant about the worms crawl in the worms crawl out...etc...?
  7:58pm CC:

I suppose everything is engraved in time???
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:58pm Rich in Washington:

Great show, spacebrother!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:00pm Rich in Washington:

I do the 'which show am I on' thing often, especially early on.
Avatar 8:01pm spacebrother:

Thanks Rich!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:01pm DJ GeorgyGirl:

I signed off a Flange with "This has been LoriHajiTura". lol!
Avatar 8:01pm spacebrother:

CC- I should play that one sometime.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:02pm Rich in Washington:

HA!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:02pm Rich in Washington:

yeah, it must be difficult with three concurrent shows!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:02pm Rich in Washington:

See you on the radio!
