Hokey Smokes, it's Sunday again - the only way I can keep track of the days is by which DJ's show is on. And yes, with regards to the comments placement - What up with that?
Because of the playlist glitch, I can't read the comments in a convenient way while also doing the show, so my responses will be only occasional and when crucial. Thanks, everyone!
Gaylord, you may have figured this out, but if you click on "Change Playlist Info" (link at the top of your playlist console), I believe the "Live show in progress, real-time Accuplaylist" link/option allows you to kick your show back into gear
Dang it sir, I just noticed that I tuned in immediately after you played Comet Gain - That's one of my favourite groups, even with all the different lineups over the years. I first heard them on a CMJ music sampler CD whilst I was at Uni in the mid 90s. Casino Classics had just launched, and I was disheartened that none of my local music stores had it.
Oh, Wendy, I didn't mean now! I meant at your leisure and with my gratitude.

Not to belabor this subject, but am I the only one regrettably unaware of the sport of “cheese rolling”??? https://www.cheese.com/blog/2019/11/02/cheese-rolling-sport-all-about-cheese/
@Gaylord: That would be so much fun! Do you have my email address? Let's consult our calendars and set a date for CHEESE QUIZ. I've already chosen my first question.
“Those tariffs hit a variety of food and drinks, including meats and cheeses from Italy, French and Spanish wine, and Irish and Scotch whiskeys. […] Meanwhile, French champagne could be next, along with an expanded array of cheeses, handbags and beauty products.” www.cnn.com...
I would love to hurt myself cheese rolling! (since I normally hurt myself doing more mundane activities. (like when I slipped and fell at work today, split open my head and concussed myself).
Yep. I have Von Willebrandt's syndrome(aka, pseudo-hemophilia) (I don't produce enough proteins to allow my blood to clot, so, when I bleed, it always looks a lot worse then it is.). I was pushing something heavy when my foot slipped and fell on a metal bar. Coworkers freaked out, but, I'm used to it. (when I cut myself badly when washing a beer glass, my wife nearly fainted). Considering how many head injuries I've had, it will be a miracle I don't get CTE.
@ToTetsu: My pronunciation relative proficiency, in descending order: English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Swedish, Japanese, Italian. This has little to do with comprehension, mind you. (Notice the absence of French on that list, as shame considering I play a lot of music in that language.)
"Subtle ingredients" scares me, makes me think El Bulli, an award winning restaurant that perhaps wasn't actually a restaurant, but instead a purveyor of subtle ingredients.

Note to everybody here.... CHERI THE DUFF loves you all!!!
Archive listening gives one the music but can't ask the DJ questions in real time like who is playing trumpet etc. on that Ammons cut. And I have to admit that I don't know much about music recorded after 1976 so hard to keep track of what you're playing. Would like announcements more often to help know what is what.
