herro. i think i have this album. or the hank williams one. or the eskimo one. i don't know.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:01pm ultradamno:

I hear Cherry Red's next pREServed set will be a American Composers set/box, I was kind of hoping they'd fold this album in with them, since it's conceptually similar, but I guess not.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:03pm Travisano66:

It's as if they said, "How can we create the worst possible interpretation of 'Viva Las Vegas.'" And they succeeded beyond anyone's expectations.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:03pm Michael 98145:

Yikes. 30 years ago ...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:03pm common:

Never heard. Hi
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:05pm Par Ubi:

Good evening, everyone!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:07pm Michael 98145:

free aspirin & tender sympathy
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:07pm ultradamno:

I've been listening to the very earliest Residents stuff lately with the release of Nickel and pulling out Delta Nudes to go with it. Their version of Maggie's Farm is better than anyones!
Avatar 7:08pm dale:

this has an nfl films vibe. except for the la la la jazz.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:12pm loveless:

Vegas, baby. Yeah!
Avatar 7:12pm Mailman Tom:

Wow, what a header for tonight's show!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:13pm ultradamno:

The Little Mermaid has also turned 30...don't recall her going to Vegas though
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:15pm Michael 98145:

Elvis movies are unknown territory to me
Avatar 7:16pm Mr Fab:

This is great - and pretty funny, considering Don-O will be playing an all-Vegas special as well on his show The Hour of Crap this Friday.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:18pm ultradamno:

@Michael King Creole is the closest to actual 'good' (plus Morticia is in it) and Change of Habit kind of demands to be seen for the rage therapy scene alone.
  7:20pm Peter from Dover NJ:

Good evening. semi regular listener when not working. Love this program.
Avatar 7:20pm Mr Fab:

I love "Viva Las Vegas" (Ann-Margaret steals the show), and "Blue Hawaii," but there's some real wackadoodle stuff scattered all thru out the series.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:21pm ultradamno:

Change of Habit credited for having the first autistic character in a movie, I don't know if that's actually true but: autisticandunapologetic.com...
Avatar 7:23pm dale:

gary lockwood was everywhere and then nowhere - did he die?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:24pm Michael 98145:

thanks for the suggestions!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:35pm ultradamno:

Lockwood is apparently still alive but I'm guessing retired.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:37pm ultradamno:

Or maybe not gary-lockwood.com...
Avatar 7:40pm dale:

crap - after some googlfying i realize i was actually envisioning gary collins. HE was everywhere. and now he's not.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:40pm ultradamno:

Oh, yeah, that guy is dead.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:48pm loveless:

Here’s an article about Dick Doerschuck rescuing some recordings.

Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:57pm ultradamno:

The Documentary Now episode The Eye Doesn't Lie completely ruined The Thin Blue Line for me.
