Listener comments!

  3:11pm Crei6hton:

Good afternoon!
  3:13pm Al on Long Island:

"J'étudie mon grec" means "I study my Greek."
Avatar 3:15pm Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Grease? ...it's a garage...just step careful...
  3:16pm ?:

Ea!
  3:20pm Eric from Lake Hiawatha:

Thanks for the rescue
Avatar 3:26pm Mailman Tom:

This morning I watched the TNT Show on YT. It starred Ray Charles and Ike and Tina Turner.
Avatar 3:36pm Sid:

Don't suppose BK was playing the pink vinyl version of that Speedways record.....
Avatar 3:36pm Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

The real Garaj Rekkid. Bill's got 'em.
Avatar 3:41pm Sid:

She's gotta be somewhere.
  3:50pm DiscoMystic:

i do Not condom this show
Avatar 3:51pm Sid:

Not taking prophylactic measures with the volume control, eh?
Avatar 3:52pm Mailman Tom:

The Mojo Men at their finest
  3:56pm Al on Long Island:

Nice version by The Mojo Men, but I prefer the original by Buffalo Springfield. Speaking of which, I saw Stephen Stills on Echo in the Canyon, and he looked like he had had a stroke.
Avatar 3:57pm Sid:

Billy Swan Number 1 for 2 weeks in Fall 1974. Only appearance in the BB Top 40
Avatar 3:58pm Mailman Tom:

The last time I saw Stephen Stills he looked like the Goodyear blimp.
Avatar 3:59pm Mailman Tom:

Love this Billy Swan number. Was he a one-hit wonder?
  3:59pm Al on Long Island:

Wasn't Billy Swan one of Elvis's backup musicians?
Avatar 4:01pm Sid:

Studios in Jersey City, antenna/transmitter in West Orange. Heh heh, tell 'em East Orange. People are jumping on Xmas lights early as Thanksgiving is late this year.
  4:03pm Al on Long Island:

My next-door neighbors have their Christmas tree and lights up. They always do it early. Rule in our house is no Christmas stuff until after Thanksgiving.
Avatar 4:04pm Sid:

Elvis covered Billy Swan songs and vice versa.
  4:06pm Daybreak and the Possibilities:

If I’m folding laundry to this, I really should be drinking a beer.
That would balance things out right?
Avatar 4:07pm Sid:

Joel Whitburn says Billy Swan had 1 Top 40 hit - I Can Help, which went to No. 1. He had two other singles hit the Top 100, but no more Top 40s. Hence, 1 hit.
Avatar 4:08pm Sid:

I tend to knock the beer off of the ironing board which inevitably leads to more laundry. So be careful out there!
  4:10pm DiscoMystic:

Who does that organ on I can help sound like?
Doug Sahm?
Avatar 4:15pm Mailman Tom:

I love listening to the organ on that song. It does remind me of the Sir Douglas Quintet!
  4:19pm DiscoMystic:

Def, sounds fantastic
  4:26pm Al on Long Island:

Great show Bill! Happy Thanksgiving!
Avatar 4:28pm seants:

no playlist?
  4:29pm Al on Long Island:

@seants: Bill posts after the show.
Avatar 4:30pm seants:

gotcha!
Avatar 4:34pm Mailman Tom:

This is a hot number
  4:40pm Daybreak and the Possibilities:

Late to respond but good advice Sid!
I also skipped lunch deeply, so I gotta go slay the hangry resentful monster I become in such situations. I’ll still be listening though.
