The name Leo Svirski sounds like an early 20th century inventor. Well maybe the date is off but he seems to be an inventor of good music.

Hello noisy surface! Sounds good
Avatar 9:55am northguineahills:

Well, what should have taken 2-3 hours transferring my recs turned into a 9 hour ordeal last night, as one of my record shelves (severely damaged by the Russian movers I hired in Brooklyn almost 3 years ago), came a part a broke, so my friend and I were up all night trying to cobble some semblance of a shelf. (he lives in his loft/gallery/music venue space, and is keeping the recs as decour. So, bloodied, so very sore, I soldier on (just my clothes and kitchenware to pack now.

@Brian in UK, did you visit FMU for he marathon this year? Or was that another Brian..
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:47am pantz:

What was the ubiquitous Art Of Noise video on MTV in the early 80's? It had a little girl destroying a piano. Anyone 'member?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:47am The Oscar:

Mornin'! Not especially proud to admit that, when I first heard the Prince version of "Kiss," I asked, "Is this Ween covering Tom Jones?"
Avatar 10:49am Brian in UK:

@Andrea from Jersey City. Not me, bit of a long haul to get there from here. Cannot imagine how nutty it is there for the marathon.

Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:14am Phillippe Bastille:

Haven't heard this song on the radio for years, but for some odd reason, it plays in my head once or twice a year. Go figure.
