Listener comments!

  9:07pm JakeGould:

Now here’s some skronky Pavement.
  9:08pm Courtney of Morris:

Sounds good.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:13pm ultradamno:

Must be quite a dairy to produce that noise.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:13pm Aitch:

Listening seriously
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:14pm medson:

Evening everyone from a rainy lightning filled NJ sky
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:14pm Your Ace From Exchange Place:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:18pm Nate K.:

Hey, Glenn and all. Thanks for dropping in. I assume it's rainy everywhere.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:19pm Nate K.:

@Medson, the lightning adds to the mood!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:20pm Aitch:

Or a cool bright sunny autumn morning on the other side of the world.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:21pm ultradamno:

It has been here but today has been a break (but it's expected to start up again soon enought)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:22pm Nate K.:

@Aitch, enjoy it, my guy!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:22pm ultradamno:

Yesterday we had an EAS tornado warning alert that advised us to expect hazards such as tornado.
  9:28pm JakeGould:

I don’t mind spring rains like this.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:30pm Aitch:

Loved that track from last week Nate, Chicken Skin Planet. Song of the week. Another track off that same compilation I heard on a show yesterday. Might be worth a buy.
  9:31pm JakeGould:

Anyone hear the new “Cliff Wife?”
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:32pm Nate K.:

@Jake, not sure I'm familiar . . .
  9:33pm JakeGould:

@NateK: Oh… Just a joke about the lady who rolled down a hill in a viral video known as “Cliff Wife.” I’ve never laughed harder in a while.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:35pm ultradamno:

This? www.dailydot.com...
  9:37pm JakeGould:

Yup. “…a huge patch of jagged lava rocks that would have likely been fatal.” LOL! STFU! WAH! BABY! www.thecut.com...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:42pm ultradamno:

My high school deutsch is fairly rusty, but couldn't it just be Punk's Nicht Tot?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:42pm Nate K.:

Hahaha! @Jake I did see that. I have to admit to being transfixed by it for much longer than I should have been.
  9:47pm JakeGould:

I jumped off of the boardwalk in Coney Island when I was a kid and the sand wasn’t filled in beneath it and it was a bigger “fall” than that… But I did face out in the sand… But I didn’t cry!!!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:53pm ultradamno:

OK, we've heard Gotobeds and we're hearing The Snakes, now maybe The Snakes with Robert Gotobed?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:56pm ultradamno:

I love Dancing Cigarettes. I've played on the same stage with Tim Noe, though at the time I didn't really know it. For a long time I just thought he was a grumpy muppet who was always at Repeat Performance.
  9:58pm Niall:

This is some amazing stuff!! Great set as always Nate!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:05pm Nate K.:

Thanks, as always, @Niall.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:09pm ultradamno:

I'm pretty sure it's all available on the Gulcher Recordings album gulcher.bigcartel.com...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:12pm ultradamno:

There was also a Dancing Cigarettes collection called School of Secret Music, which is out of print and evidently going for some money now. So if you see one at a reasonable price, you should grab it.
  10:17pm steveL:

Oooooo. Endless Boogie! I’m in!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:21pm Nate K.:

@SteveL can't go wrong with the Boog.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:22pm Nate K.:

@Ultra, it's been on my list for a little while, but I'd like to find one in the wild, so to speak.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:32pm ultradamno:

Actually, the Burn In Heaven on that (Gulcher) is live. Dance Dogs is available here neckchoprecords.com...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:37pm ultradamno:

From the looks of it, Dance Dogs Dance is some of what's on School of Secret Music www.discogs.com...
  10:51pm sim:

oh, this is gooood to my ears
  11:03pm Steve in Sonoma:

That 75 dollar bill track was something! Loved the last album - can’t wait to hear this one.
Avatar 11:13pm JIMD2019:

Greg ashley is my spiritual brother ❤️❤️
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:14pm Nate K.:

@Jim, nice. I'm a huge Greg fan myself.
Avatar 11:16pm JIMD2019:

He’s got the Midas touch !!!
Avatar 11:20pm JIMD2019:

Great playlist Nate!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:23pm Nate K.:

Thanks, man. Much appreciated.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:39pm Nate K.:

Octagrape almost out Wayne and Kate Wayne and Kate on this one. Almost.
  11:40pm why:

Why did a person create this noise
  11:40pm why:

But love u great show it’s just I can’t hang with the octogtape jeez Louise
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:41pm ultradamno:

I'm going to assume an octagrape is a huge grape with eight tentacles which is better than a moby grape which is just huge.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:47pm Nate K.:

@why, It was a monster jam, what's not to love? Haha.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:55pm Nate K.:

Thanks for hanging out everybody. See you next week.
