An empty car all to myself.
Can't last. Hello, David!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:02pm David D:

You have a full choice of seats, Sem!
Avatar 3:02pm βrian:

Just don't try moving up to first class, Sem. They'll get you for that.
Avatar 3:03pm Sem:

I'll just stay back here in no class. No struggle, that way.
Avatar 3:03pm northguineahills:

for all of you gamer developers out there, I suggest a sand box game where you try to form a band in the mid 70s NY, and one of the mini-games is a garage band (the game) interface. I call, it, game of Ramones.

/sorry.... I'll show myself out...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:05pm David D:

Greetings βrian and NGH!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:06pm David D:

Tune in and leave your class struggles behind...
  3:07pm fleep al fresco:

Music to menace plants by, thanks!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:08pm David D:

My pleasure, Fleep!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:13pm Brian in UK:

Hello David and fellow strap hangers (yes that was the name of someones first band).
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:14pm David D:

Good evening, Brian!
Avatar 3:15pm βrian:

Speaking of class struggles, I dreamed I was halfway through my last semester of college when I realized I'd utterly forgotten about one of my classes. Such stress!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:20pm David D:

We all know those post-traumatic education dreams - one might think there could be a better way.
Avatar 3:25pm northguineahills:

Not familiar w/ Eric Kloss...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:26pm David D:

Bit of a 70th-birthday tribute...
Avatar 3:28pm βrian:

Oh, happy birthday, David!
Avatar 3:28pm βrian:

Wait ...
Avatar 3:29pm northguineahills:

Digging the proggy jazz vibe on this one....
Avatar 3:30pm northguineahills:

βrian: I still get those dreams.....
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:30pm David D:

βrian: Thanks, I'll save it for my next one...
Avatar 3:33pm βrian:

Waiting dreams, too. I head into the kitchen to get a customer's tardy order, only to get lost in a maze of hallways. Oy.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:34pm Cmurtha:

hello everyone!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:38pm steveo:

ok i made it; just had to get some yayas out...
Avatar 3:39pm northguineahills:

My most recent themes of dreams (I remember about 6/night) entail going back and forth and navigating random land/urban scapes, and I know if I keep the details correct, I'll get to the goal (this one I've been doing since I was a kid)(If I can't navigate, my inner-fear is my brain is broken). The other, is, seconds before I wake up, someone say, "It's time to jump", not in the physical sense, but to go from dreamland to waking...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:39pm David D:

Hello Cmurtha and Steveo!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:42pm steveo:

hi david!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:51pm chresti:

Hello! Home from work!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:51pm David D:

Hello Chresti!

Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:03pm David D:

Hey, GST!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:06pm fleep:

Tonight I will dream of weeds. Every shape and kind. What eight inches of rain can do.
Avatar 4:09pm βrian:

We had over 13 inches of rain one night in August. What a mess!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:09pm David D:

Fleep: Sounds like you've had quite a workout.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:11pm David D:

We had nearly no rain at all here in August.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:29pm Carmichael:

Heya David and riders. Fleep, it hasn't stopped raining since the last time we spoke.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:30pm David D:

Hey there, Carmichael!
Avatar 4:37pm northguineahills:

Went out for a walk while still wearing a full suit, ended up talking to a guy walking w/ his kid as he was wearing a GG Allin shirt. (My hair is now cut short, beard shorn, and my most conservative suit on for my earlier interview).
Avatar 4:38pm northguineahills:

early winter and early spring is when we don't get as much rain per average. The rest of the year, it usually rains nearly every day.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:38pm David D:

I can't remember the last time I wore a tie.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:39pm David D:

How did your interview go?
Avatar 4:42pm northguineahills:

@David: I killed it, but I might be overqualified is my only qualm.
Avatar 4:43pm northguineahills:

t'would be nice, 5 minute commute, and maybe a 10 minutes bike ride (but see the rain we get around here above)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:50pm David D:

NGH: Overqualification is such a weird concept. In any case, I hope you get the job that's right for you.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:50pm fleep:

Carmichael, we appreciate the rain falling on you for Los Angeles to steal later on.
Avatar 4:54pm northguineahills:

In the last 5 years, this is the third time I've worn a tie...
Avatar 4:54pm Sem:

@fleep: a sure sign of spring here a few days ago, a solitary harbour porpoise looking for the usual late March run of little mackerals. Arrived a little too soon.
Avatar 4:56pm northguineahills:

California Dreaming reminds me of the film, Chung King Express (if you've seen it, you'd recognize it..., well the original...)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:57pm fleep:

@Sem depending on the condition of your harbour, remind it not to eat the plastic.
Avatar 5:01pm Sem:

One thing about a 29 foot tidal range here is that the crap gets flushed out to the Gulf of Maine and the North Atlantic, so that those in the pelagic zone get a crack at that shit.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:03pm Carmichael:

Off to the dentist. See you on the other side of the pain.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:05pm David D:

Hope it is surprisingly unpainful, Carmichael.
Avatar 5:08pm northguineahills:

Hope it goes well, Carmichael. (haven't been to the dentist in 9 years).
Avatar 5:17pm northguineahills:

Amar 808!
Avatar 5:25pm Sem:

Been an amazing set, DD. Lovin' every note.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:29pm David D:

Glad to hear it, Sem, thanks!
Avatar 5:44pm northguineahills:

Going to take a short nap (got two hours of sleep last night, thanks, David)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:45pm David D:

Sleep well, NGH
5:45pm Dave in Vermont on the phone:

Oh man this set has been so great. Thanks. Back to dancing...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:46pm David D:

Thanks, Dave - about to switch gears...
Avatar 5:47pm northguineahills:

@Dave: I always thought your tag sounded like a genius solution to a Clue game.
Avatar 5:57pm Sem:

G'night, all. See you here next time.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:57pm David D:

Good night, Sem!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 6:04pm chresti:
