  10:28pm John from Florham Park:

  10:40pm Carmichael:

Heya Therese and low slung guitarists.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:41pm coelacanth∅:

i met an "i live for wfmu" person last night too. her friend spotted my what was music? fmu t.
in 5-10 minutes she mentioned only 3 programs, 2 of which a can't stand (non-music shows, both not on the schedule now) and one that i don't like in principle!
she asked me what shows i listen to and i totally blanked out! just kept saying Daniel Blumin!
(i was kinda drunk)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:43pm Therese:

We have all been there, @coelacanth.
  10:44pm Carmichael:

@coel, did you mention Therese??
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:46pm coelacanth∅:

they put at least $5. in the jukebox but left before their songs came on because somebody played stairway to heaven!
(partly. at least that's what they said)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:48pm coelacanth∅:

this sounds like the couple are back together
  10:48pm steveL:

Therese must be stoned tonight, or I’m putting out some killer sets. Difficult to say. Really.
Avatar 10:54pm herb.nyc:

Pernice Brothers! I thought of them when Therese said "overcome" before, bec "overcome by happiness" was my intro to them, and their debut. So amazing, as is this record. / the English Beat- they rip MThatcher. I heard the Brits called her Tina bec she often said "there is no alternative".
  10:56pm steveL:

Alex Chilton: What an open voice, dangerously so.
  11:04pm chiapat:

Also Looking forward to the Todd a Phonic show with special guest Uncle Floyd this Saturday!
  11:11pm zpulpa:

Greetings friends!
Avatar 11:11pm javakid:

  11:11pm John from Florham Park:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:12pm Therese:

Oops! Thanks for the Catch, @javakid!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:14pm Ken From Hyde Park:

Hi, Therese and folks. I'll always remember the time, as we waited for the school bus on an April Fools Day morning, when Mom had us believing there was a mule running around in the yard.
  11:16pm chiapat:

@john me too. Saw Floyd perform in Rutherford last night. He was funny as usual!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:21pm coelacanth∅:

so -no mule?
  11:22pm Bill W:

Hi Therese! "It's a Sin" into "Disco 2000" is inspired.

Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:23pm Therese:

Thanks, Bill!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:23pm coelacanth∅:

if my mom tells me that she initially told me there was a "santa claus" on april 1st i'll forgive her for lying
  11:23pm Bill W:

What is Uncle Floyd's ratio of shtick to piano these days?
  11:30pm John from Florham Park:

@chipat damn so jealous
  11:30pm chiapat:

@Bill most of his live shows I've seen are debauchery on the piano with 15 min standup, no oogie cameos tho!

  11:48pm sally:

I was listening to Gene Clark's 1st LP earlier today, and it reminded me how "Is Yours Is Mine" has a guitar part that must have influenced Television's "Marquee Moon" ... love both songs!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:49pm Tome:

Therese you're really ringing in the springy fantastically feeling great here ! no April Fools promise <>
  11:52pm sally:
